Guy at the front desk kind of doesn't know anything about motorcycles. Annoying, wasting my time when the answer was yes or no.

My son wanted to upgrade to a bigger scooter so we did. All around great experience my sales man first was Ben then the second time I spoke with Rudy. I'll be purchasing with moto El Paso the next time I'm looking for a scooter or motorcycle.

In about 50yrds you'll see Moto El Paso on your right. Park. Go inside. Get your mind blown. Big a bike. Never regret it. I absolutely LOVE Moto El Paso. This store is the exclusive seller of all Piaggio group bikes in El Paso. Yes, that's right, Piaggio, as in Italian bikes. Yea, if the high pitched whiny 600cc (very fast) but very typical Japanese bikes are your thing, then this isn't your place. This store features some absolute MONSTERS! They carry cruisers, cafe racers, scooters, off-road quads and buggy's, and Super Sports bikes! Yea... SUPER bikes dude. Moto El Paso has a huge show room floor in which you'll find some amazing machines. They sell the iconic Royal Enfield, the historic and always popular Vespa brand scooters, Arctic Cat adventure machines, the stunningly beautiful Moto Guzzi cruisers and racers, the eye catching (and easily BEST looking stock exhaust design) MV Augusta superbikes, and of course, my personal favorite, the 54 World Title winning Aprilia brand. From adventure bikes to naked bikes, From the RSV4 RR/RF to the RSV4 Factory and the Tuono, THIS is where you will find your Aprilia. THIS is where I found MY Aprilia (1000cc , 201hp RSV4 RR). The facility is large, clean, and impressive. The ENTIRE staff is amazing. This isn't a "chain" or franchise type dealership. This is a specialty dealer that carries the Italian superbikes. The staff gives the impression of being less of a "dealership", and more like a family. Seriously, everyone there is so awesome and friendly. Very knowledgeable, not pushy, very accommodating. Tracy (the owner) is a GREAT dude! Mike (runs the parts area) is always there, always friendly and very helpful. The ladies that work there are just great, and I feel bad because I don't know any of their names, but they remember who I am every time I go in and always great me with a smile and ask how I'm doing. Even the mechanics there, same thing. They'll stop and chat you up. Shoot the BS with you. Talk about your bike, their bikes, whatever. Sometimes I go in there just to say hi! I feel very welcomed there. They have a service department and a clothing / gear / safety equipment area (where Mike works). When you want to order a part, OEM or after market, Mike will sit there and go online with you to vendors that are trusted and recommended and sit for hours (trust me I always take forever to decide) until you have the right part that you want and works with your bike. Since buying my BEAST, I've order / purchased (through Mike and Moto El Paso): *Competition Werkes GP exhaust *Fender Eliminator kit *CRG Shorty (black and red) brake lever and clutch lever *T-Rex Frame Sliders They have an awesome service crew too, and they have installed all my stuff for me once it comes in. Through another company (ZLT Graphics), I've ordered a CUSTOM decal kit that will make my bike all black/red/chrome and similar to a RF but also very unique. Because it's obviously important to place on super correctly, the guys at Moto El Paso are going to install the graphics kit as well (for a small fee of course. But the work is quality). Now don't get me wrong; I love and very much appreciate / respect the more typical Japanese brand sports bikes. There's NOT MUCH out there that I like the looks of better than a Suzuki GSX-R 750. That blue/white/green color scheme is fresh. And the Yamaha R1? The only bike that CAN be compared to my Aprilia in the Liter bike (super bike) category. Hell, I was alllllll set to buy a very pretty Honda CBR 600RR. But by a stroke of fate, that shop was closed on a Monday, and i was off, so I drove down to Moto El Paso. Tracy (whom I didn't know was the owner at the time) introduced himself and 24hrs later I owned a BRAND NEW Aprilia RSV4 RR for a deal that is so unbelievable, I'm not even gonna say it lol. While they don't have a huge selection of clothing, they definitely have everything you need. From them I've bought 2 pairs of Alpine Stars gloves (summer and winter), an amazing Alpine Stars riding jacket (Andes V2), and an Icon Alliance GT helmet. They also carry a ton of HJC helmets. Very fairly priced too. And if they don't have it, they'll order it for you. If you are ready to step UP in your bike game, Moto El Paso is a place you should consider. Just as Ferrari and Lamborghini are too cars, Aprilia and MV Augusta are to bikes. Go check it out. #beAracer

Alpha Motorsports is one of the newer Moto / Powersports shops in El Paso. Located on the Eastside,…read morealmost directly off Lee Trevino. The hours and contact info, as well as address, is listed on the businesses page. Great shop! Great service! Great staff! I've been a long time El Paso resident and even longer time motorcycle rider. Like most, I don't have a full time garage nor a full time schedule to do a lot of the lengthy, tedious, or more technical projects on any of my motorcycles - so, I turn to the professionals. I've never been to / used Alpha Motorsports, however, I've been seeing them lately via Social Media and via word of mouth from some very trusted fellow riders that have used their services. So, I figured I'd give them a try. This task was one that could have been done at my house, but it would've taken me a very long time. So being a nearly all cosmetic job, I thought, this is a great chance to check out this shop and field the job to them. From the minute I walked in, they were very attentive, professional, polite, and even excited to do the job. I had a full set of Carbon Fiber fairings I needed installed. I brought the items to the shop. They helped me unpack them, and conduct not only an inventory of what I was giving them to install, but even inspected each item with me there to ensure they were in proper working order. That in itself is great, because it saved the hassle of having to call half way through a job and inform me they can't do it. Furthermore, as some aftermarket products do require, 3 or more of the items had to be slightly modified in order to ensure proper fit. I mention this specifically, because with my permission of course, they modified the items perfectly. Now then, had I done this at home, I would have been stuck, as I don't have the tools nor means to modify the items in the way they did. So just by taking my bike here, I saved myself a few on of curse words and throwing stuff at the wall at midnight in my garage. Their prices and services are very clearly listed in the main lobby. However, I'm not saying they don't follow them, but I will say that they will charge you a very "fair" price for the job. For example, in general there is a $95 per hour charge. That's pretty standard around here too for comparison sake. My bike was there for exactly 6 days. 1 of those 6 was a Sunday though, which they do not work (so it was there for 5 business days). The total price for the job, was about $650. Now then, at $95 an hour, that would indicate they performed 7 hours of work on my bike. I'm going to tell you, I'm positive they spent MORE than 7 hours working on it and making sure it was PERFECT! So was I charged $95 an hour? Ehhh, seems they charged me less. But, for business sake, the prices and hours are very clearly listed. Also, they do offer a 10% Military Discount. I gladly used it. They have a DynoJet ad well, which they can and will use to Tune your bike. Prices for tuning are listed as well. And having a properly tuned bike is essential to making sure it's operating at peak performance. I'm totally thrilled with the outcome and results from my first experience with them. In fact, I've already ordered a full set of BrakeTech front rotors, and floating rear rotors that are APRC compatible. Once those items arrive, I am 100% going to Alpha Motorsports to have them professionally installed. I have been a Yelp Gold Elite for 7 consecutive years now - so I'm not saying im a big deal, but I know Yelp, and I know motorcycles... with that being said, I absolutely recommend Alpha Motorsports.

Pete took the time to evaluate my Tenere and he was able to determine the potential issues causing the problem. With that information I will be able to make the repairs. All work on this bike had been performed by Viva Power Sports. Today, I went to have Clearwater Valkerie running lights professionally installed. Everything was wired in place and ready to finally be hooked up to the battery when it was discovered that the original battery was still there and working after 3.5 years, and that whoever installed the recharging pigtail with the SAE connector shoved the battery into its position backwards, pulling the hell out of the positive lead as well as not installing the positive connector jumper wired for jump starting correctly. This bent the eyelet connector at a severe angle, and when the battery was installed again correctly, the electrical eyelet that attaches the hot wire to the battery snapped off, the victim of intense metallic strain from flexing. Evidently, the only one who has every touched the battery installation was the incompetent idiot at Viva Power sports who removed the battery to install the SAE charging plug connector to the battery incorrectly. Completely incompetent, the folks that work on bikes there in El Paso at Viva Power sports. Can not even install a battery correctly without destroying the wiring loom. Full retards, do not buy anything or bring your bike here for service, gross incompetence. I'd vote ZERO starts if at all possible. No common sense and gross incompetence installing something so easily.

They were very nice over the phone and in person. However, after receiving the tire back there was unfortunately damage to my rear rim. I took photos of my rim before taking them to the shop, transported for extra caution on a moving blanket both to and from the shop (not that it needs it, the rubber of the tire when laid down is wide enough the rim doesn't touch as well as the sprocket being in the way). After I got home I noticed the damage to the tire and called in, they requested I bring in the tire so they could see what they could do. After I brought in the tire and rim back they decided to condescendingly mansplain to me how tires get installed, rather then take any responsibility for the damage they caused. Even with photo proof of the rim being in perfect condition before dropping off. Not only are there chips in the metal of the rim, but the rim decal stickers are damaged as well. I personally work in the motorcycle industry and the way these folks treated a fellow rider was frankly shameless. I will never ask this shop to work on any of my other motorcycles, and I suggest you steer clear as well. Please see attached photos showing damage, picture with the bike stand in view is the night before I dropped the rims off at the shop.
