The staff are always super friendly and (almost over) eager to help you the second you get into the store and it's rare that they don't have an insight or helpful tip to assist in selecting the right tool or part for the job at hand. The parking lot is a little tricky at times, but the pros far outweigh the cons for the location and selection available. I personally wish they had more lumber and garden selection, but for such a small store, it's not at all practical or cost effective. At the end of the day, it's not a big deal. The owner is a super neat guy too and it's obvious that he wants this place to succeed as he's very hands on in the store. Also - the Ace Rewards coupons that frequently arrive in the mail are fantastic.

Not only did he take the time to ask me what I was looking for, he took me to the items on the isles. He also took the time to welcome me to El Paso upon meeting me and again at the end after I paid and was walking out. I hope someone in leadership at this store sees this review. Well, the extremely rude, and short-tempered attendant said that they do not cut paint samples! You have to purchase by the gallon in order to have it cut! Ridiculous when Dunn-Edwards and Sherwin Williams cut paint all of the time without hesitation or an attitude. We will not be returning to purchase paint from Ace Hardware on Yarbrough in El Paso, TX. What a shame because Benjamin Moore is one if the best paints out there. Not recommended!
