A month before my appointment I did some research on the company and liked what I heard and saw. I was also recommended to this company by our plumber. I called and spoke to Sandra which was extremely nice and would immediately provided an estimate. I was talking to another company that quoted the same price and could do it at the same time I had requested but since I liked Sandra's style and professionalism I ended up going with Pro Reglazing. I was confirmed the time and date. We showed up to the property on our confirmed time. After about 30 minutes I started to call, text and email. About an hour and a half after the appointment time I got a call from Sandra. She said they had texted me to reschedule. I never got anything from them. No text, no call no email. They said it was a medical emergency with the tech. I understand those things happen and I would work with them but I'm only in town for one week. This is our rental property. She said she would talk to the owner and get back to me. She never called back. The owner never called. They completely left me hanging. This is NOT acceptable. Very disappointed with her and the company. A call back would have been appropriate with any type of outcome. A call back means everything.

I approached the owner with an idea, and she and her team made it come together! See for yourself! It is beautiful! The installers took their time, spending two days to ensure that the holes for the posts were properly dug and placed in 5-6 feet, and filled with concrete! They painted it with a high-gloss black paint, and I just can't praise them enough! We have some other projects pending with them, but those will be posted at another point when they are completed. Highly recommended! 5/5

I was looking for some lasting patio furniture which will survive the brutal weather here. No luck at the big box stores at all. Just junk. Jason worked with us to find the right patio set for us. We made arrangements to be there late afternoon. Upon entering the store, it was extremely warm, which is understandable as the temperature outside was reaching 107 degrees. What we did not expect was the icy reception from the owner and his staff. We were never greeted the entire time we were looking at the furniture. We were there a good 10 minutes, but enough was enough. It was time to leave. We can shop elsewhere where common courtesy goes hand-in-hand with good customer service. The furniture was outrageously expensive too. I do not recommend The Patio, and we will be taking our business elsewhere.

After selecting some attractive appliances, I asked if he could offer a discount, and he informed us that delivery fees would be subtracted if we could pick up the appliance ourselves. We told him that we needed delivery, and put down some money. Sergio showed up right on time across town and unloaded the appliances off his truck with a specialized elevator. With the help of an assistant he installed the appliances and ensured they all worked by running them for a cycle. S&S provides a 90 day warranty on all his products as well. I will recommend S & S to anyone who needs a used appliance at an excellent (and i do mean excellent!) price.
