The owner/operator, Dana, answered the phone and after I explained what I was looking for, put me on a brief hold while he searched his inventory. He came back a few moments later and told me he had something in stock that would meet my needs. He was also quick to give me a price, including installation, when I asked. He asked me to bring the Jeep in when I had a chance and the call ended quickly and courteously...very no-nonsense. Fast forward a couple of days and I made it in to the shop. I'd driven past it 1000 times and never took notice of the unassuming exterior and front work yard full of vehicles. Upon entering the shop, I could tell that Dana had been at that location for years (turns out decades). When we met and discussed the job, he was equally as no-nonsense in-person while also being equal parts amicable and witty. Fast forward again a couple of hours and the job was completed at the agreed upon price. Needless to say, I'll be returning for more work in the future, happily supporting a locally owned and operated business run by a seasoned tradesman and military veteran to boot. Thanks Dana!

Two days later Jerry and his team showed up, on time and with enthusiasm. They did a great job on the van, and we were impressed by their professionalism and pride in their work. Additionally, they located over $100 * in cash, and a ring in the van, which Jerry placed in a zip lock bag for us. The professionalism, honesty and attention to detail is appreciated. This van is my daughter's college, camping & adventure van ... and it was really dirty. The leather seats, carpet and in floor storage spaces all needed attention. The front desk clerk at the hotel recommended Saunders but still I was worried about being taken advantage of since I was desperate. The repairs I needed were expensive but I checked it out on the web and the price I was charged was spot on, and they offered me the old parts. Not only did they charge me fairly, but rushed the job because they knew I was in a hurry to get to a job interview in Texas. The technician worked right through his lunch break and long after closing time to get me on my way. The world needs more mechanics like Saunders!
