Well I see a couple of scathing reviews already and I honestly have not used their services yet,…read morebut what I can say is that I did speak to them at length over the phone and the very extremely courteous and transparent in what their services entail and the cost and even the terms of the contract so perhaps the other reviewer could have slowed down a but and asked for the necessary details and even read the fine print presented before them. This is unfortunate, they seem really on top of things and I might even edit this review to be five stars once we actually schedule an appointment with them and have their devices installed. My daughter's apartment complex is not the best or safest (we are working on helping her relocate!) and recently a fire broke out at one of the units under mysterious circumstances and also her cat ruined some of her blinds so anybody can peek in and I feel she really needs to have all of the security she can get for now until she moves to a better spot!
