From the start, Steven and the Prewire team blew us away with their customer service. Every time I reached out, Jaqueline or the other lady (sorry I forgot your name!) answered my questions completely or found a solution on the spot. On installation day, Cesar came out and in about 3 hours had the entire system installed and networking set up! Not only did he get our security system running, but he also added a smart lock to our front door and wired every room for ethernet. Upon pre work inspection Cesar told the house was not prewired for cameras, but Steven and his crew did not flinch. They set an appointment that same week to knock out that monumental task. That is what I call service! Now about those negative reviews. Let's be real, some people will complain no matter what. These are the same folks who get mad when rain is wet, sushi tastes like seafood, or the free sample at Costco was too small. They are the type who send food back at restaurants to avoid paying or complain about the free bread not being fancy enough. Just read their reviews and you'll see a pattern of negativity. Bottom line, ignore the noise. Our experience with Steven and the entire Prewire team was outstanding. The rest of us will be enjoying our perfectly set up security home system and sleeping safe at night knowing these rockstars at Prewire take great pride in their work. I needed a camera system spec'd out in a pinch to help monitor an elderly family member from out of town. I started calling vendors in El Paso on 1/3/2020. Jorge was my 3rd call. The others were hesitant to tell me anything over the phone not even being able to give me a ball park cost without an on-sight meeting. 10 days later I am still awaiting calls back from the other companies and Jorge has completed installation of my system! I'm a telecommunications architect/engineer, I am very technical and can run low voltage cabling, I just didn't have time to work on this myself with the issues I was dealing with. I told Jorge what I needed on our first phone call. He had budgetary pricing for me within a few minutes. I asked more questions about the solution he was proposing and he sent me screenshots and YouTube videos showing me exactly what I needed to see to understand the look/feel/operation. His pricing was very competitive and he was very informative and personable over the phone so I gave him the green light a few days later and he was off to the races! I had two of the most stressful weeks of my life starting on 12/27/2019 through about 1/10/2020 finding out that an 88 year old aunt of mine had been neglected by her stay at home nursing service and that the managers of the service had not provided me with a full accounting of her status. The items I found were truly upsetting. My aunt is like an innocent kid that cannot protect herself. This aunt is the last of my family in El Paso where my family immigrated in the early 1940's so I needed a way to see myself what her status was from out of town. The more I dug the more I found and the more upset I became. My aunt's nurses checked my vitals at some point and told me that I was stroke level blood pressure and was in an extreme exhaustion state; I'm normally pretty healthy. If I had the gamma ray exposure that causes Bruce Banner to turn into the Hulk, El Paso would have been on fire. Jorge (and his brother who helped him install the system) is one of the hardest workers I've ever met. This is a family business, he's been installing these systems for years even though he's pretty young himself. He's very proficient! He's very meticulous and detail oriented. I asked him to install this system like it was his abuelitas house and I can say that he 100% delivered on that request. In addition, we had many great discussions about technology, hot rods, bbq, our wives, our fathers and on and on and on, he's a great guy who quickly earned my trust that is not given frivolously to people. In addition to being a great technician, he helped me calm down and my blood pressure came back in check after one of our discussions :) His work results are amazing. The installation is very very clean. The cabling was done very professionally and he tuned the system to perfection. I have already recommended him to several people I am very close with in El Paso. I highly recommend Jorge and Premium Surveillance!!!
