No one wants their kids falling on the hard floors, so they tell you not to climb the dividers, no running, etc... No elder wants you jumping on them while they're trying to get a workout in. All these rules and lifeguards barking at people is for your own safety. Rules are in place for a reason. No one wants to see you get hurt. As for the people in the front desk. I should have seen the bullshit, but I don't build pools, so what do I know? The project started quickly, within a few weeks they were ready to pour cement; this was in November 2015. They stopped showing up that November. The company wouldn't answer nor return phone calls. We actually drove to Las Cruces (over 3 hours) to meet with them, but no one would take our calls. In July of 2016 we met with a lawyer threatening lawsuit; that got them moving! We finally made head-way with our project, got things rolling again. And then, you guessed it! NOTHING. A year and a half later, we have started ripping everything out of the HOLE in our yard, sucking it up and cutting our loss. We paid this company a small fortune just to have our yard a complete disaster and a load of debt.

They sales person lied when asked if this was a water dig he said no we have other pools in The area no water dig then I get hit with a 10k bill for water and helical piers; then delay after delay we'll beyond contractual completion date. ( 4 months now ) and no communication for a month and now the quotes in getting to complete the work are in excess of the hold back. I paid full prices cause I thought a company that makes good profit is more likely to complete the project vs a discounter who scams. I was wrong. The saddest parts are I don't know if I will be able to finish the pool financially and that they are doing this to more customers than just me. I don't have the energy or stomach for lawsuits and fighting but unfortunately they don't leave me any choice. I won't rollover but I pray that goodness touches these peoples hearts and they do the right thing. Enough things in this life are a battle now just wanting a pool for the kids in the family to grow up with is included. I am at a loss. After my pool was completed, less than a year later I noticed that my pool tile, that they sold me and installed, was fading, cracking and falling off. They said it was a tile issue and not an installation issue so they should not be held responsible. After a couple of emails and messages, all communication stopped. Since pool season is coming up again, I decided to contact a more reputable company to replace my tile and replaster my pool because some of the tile was at the waterline. This was done at great expense to me. As the dealer of my pool equipment, any issues I have had, they were not helpful in any way with solving them. I had to take matters into my own hands and contact the manufacturers myself. Each time the manufacturers were able to help me remedy the problems. Customer service is not a high priority for this company.
