They are knowledgeable and have a selection of pistols and guns for sale and to rent! I would've given a 5 star review except I want it to be open on weekday evenings. It's a small mom & pops gun shop with a big retailer feel. A fairly large selection of weapons for sale and rentals. If they don't have what you want they'll do what they can and order it for you. The gun range is great, nothing fancy just easy to use and always clean. The customer service is First Class. Very helpful, very professional and very knowledgeable. Bought a sweet 10mm pistol here. I knew the retail price from research, went to Miller's and saw that they were $180 more. Thought I'd call around. Called strikers and got the pistol for $649. The range very clean and organized. After being a member for two years I stopped going because of the store manager that the owner has. He is not customer friendly, and sometimes make it difficult for the customers with his accusatory attitude and condescension or if you question him he simply blows off and walks away. To bad the owner has him in that position, allowing some people to do things and he doesn't say anything to them and other people do the same thing and admonishes them and doesn't care who is around. Pretty upset with this place, not gonna lie. Their website says you can use reload but they say you can't shoot D.A.M. Ammo rounds and they don't give you a good reason. Normally I wouldn't care about that but when ammo is in such short supply and I finally find ammo and Stryker's turns you down with literally the only ammo I could find in Cruces then its annoying. I went to Butterfield and fired 200 rounds of D.A.M. Ammo's 9mm and not a single problem with it. So, I don't know if its a personal vendetta or they have a good reason, but until I get a good reason in this small primer shortage I'm going to have to rate them a 1 star since I cannot even use their facilities. Additionally, IF its a personal vendetta you have with D.A.M. Ammo I think you need to get over it for the sake of the community. We have nothing to do with your personal feeling about D.A.M. Ammo, admittedly I don't know if that's the actual reason but when I asked the representative at Stryker's he didn't give me a reason and literally told me he doesn't know. I bought a new Walther Q5 and a C-More Red Dot sight from Stryker, total cost almost $1200. They said they would install, and after about 30 minutes of struggling they finally attached red dot to pistol. Unknown to me it was installed incorrectly because the sight required a #3 base plate and the Q5 only comes with the #1,#2 and #4. Instead of them telling me I'm sorry the red dot you want to buy will not fit they forced the sight on, scaring the sight and making it impossible to maintain accuratcy ( because of movement and the fact the red dot was sitting on top of locking inside nipple holds. I emailed Stryker Firearms but my email fell silent to there ears. It's sad that a business with so much invested will mow lose a future customer and everyone I can tell my story to. I had also purchased a Dillion 650 reloaded with 3 die sets the month earlier over $1600 sale. So bottom line beware, why ? Because if they will not respond to my complaint of their error, it's a direct sign of there business practice overall read more
