We went through the basic "neutral" position, then lead into an inversion, starfish, inverted pigeon, and flying kick (hope i got the terms right, lol) I was pretty excited that I was able to hit them all on the first try! Ana was a great instructor and now I cant wait to go back to try some of the other classes! Silks, pole dancing, lyra... The classes are an hour long and the kids are pretty active during the class. After 30 minutes or so. they are given a water break. Every so often, the kids perform a routine that parents are allowed to sit in and watch. I think this is a good course for new dancers. The instructors are well prepared and enjoy teaching the kids. This is a good school for boys as well as girls.

Conveniently located off of Zaragoza, and easy to find! Upon entering I was greeted and helped by that front desk staff. They got me set up with shoes ( I believe shoe rental is complementary your first ride but don't hold me to that, be sure to confirm beforehand. I did try calling prior to class with no response and was told later the best way to get in contact is to text the number. The shoes they rent are Shimano with SPD clips. The bike used is Keiser, a different feel from a Stages bike I'm used to, but it gets the job done! As for the class A+, I'll be returning on future visits!
