We went through the basic "neutral" position, then lead into an inversion, starfish, inverted pigeon, and flying kick (hope i got the terms right, lol) I was pretty excited that I was able to hit them all on the first try! As someone who has done Pilates before, I already appreciate the physical benefits it provides, but I also love what it does for overall wellness and how it makes you feel. This experience reminded me why I enjoyed it so much in the first place. From the moment I walked into the studio, I was impressed. The space is beautiful, warm, and incredibly inviting. The front area felt clean and thoughtfully designed, without being cluttered or overwhelming. They offer a small selection of products, including grippy socks, lip balm, and a few other essentials, along with a mini fridge stocked with beverages available for purchase. The staff was friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. Beyond the front desk, the main studio is tucked behind beautiful drapes, creating a calm and elevated atmosphere. The studio houses 12 reformers, and the dim lighting made the space feel cozy, relaxing, and aesthetically pleasing. There are also lockers available to store your belongings during class, which is a nice touch. Overall, I truly enjoyed my experience at Reform West. The combination of the welcoming staff, beautiful studio, and quality Pilates instruction left a lasting impression. As someone who has practiced Pilates before, this visit genuinely made me consider committing to a membership and making it part of my regular routine again.

Reform West is tucked into a beautiful plaza and the space itself is absolutely stunning--clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed down to the cute swag and sleek equipment. I took their introductory class, which I've never seen done quite like this before. The entire session focused on getting comfortable with the machine, the movements, and the terminology. It was slow, intentional, and surprisingly insightful--even for seasoned Reformer lovers. Only 30 minutes, but truly one of the most well-structured intros I've ever taken. Loved the lockers, loved the vibe, loved it all.
