It has all the modern yoga toys if not more than I've seen in most studios here in El Paso. Directions: First off don't believe the directions. You can see the building on the hill of Alabama Street. But you will turn into Hueco Vista Road to get to access behind the church and its large parking lot. Then you see a single door with stairs off to left middle and go up the stairs into the studio. The instructor Shannon is a Holy Yoga certified teacher and is so super awesome. It's everything you want yoga to be with somebody who loves yoga and helping people through their practice. Her classes emulate love and happiness. And I think,even if, you are not a Christian you would still find this studio to be your yoga home. I am a former yoga teacher and have lost my yoga way. So, I know what I am talking about. GO DO yoga here El Paso!!!

Which I felt was perfect for a first timer for me! Jessica was great too because she really helped make sure my bike was set up where it needed to be for my shirt ways lol. I went with my friend Jennifer and at first, I wasn't as excited and vocal as she was since I was struggling physically and she's gone for awhile. I almost regretted my decision to go lol. But after some warming up, I started finding my groove and started really feeling the music! Jessica had a great spectrum of music from Red Hot Chilli Peppers to LMFAO to Baby Bash. I feel like she's from Cali since she had a very Cali vibe to her and kept making beach references at Santa Monica Pier. Absolutely thrilled to keep going! Conveniently located off of Zaragoza, and easy to find! Upon entering I was greeted and helped by that front desk staff. They got me set up with shoes ( I believe shoe rental is complementary your first ride but don't hold me to that, be sure to confirm beforehand. I did try calling prior to class with no response and was told later the best way to get in contact is to text the number. The shoes they rent are Shimano with SPD clips. The bike used is Keiser, a different feel from a Stages bike I'm used to, but it gets the job done! As for the class A+, I'll be returning on future visits!

The smoothie shop is either closed the majority of the time or on short time only. The leg press machines are always out of service or there is very minimal machines that are actually working.
