I came once for a trial class and it was really good! Everyone was super nice and I felt very included.

I love catching an indoor class away from home and thankfully this Rush was right around the corner from my parents! I signed up for a Saturday AM class with Coral! Conveniently located off of Zaragoza, and easy to find! Upon entering I was greeted and helped by that front desk staff. They got me set up with shoes ( I believe shoe rental is complementary your first ride but don't hold me to that, be sure to confirm beforehand. I did try calling prior to class with no response and was told later the best way to get in contact is to text the number. The shoes they rent are Shimano with SPD clips. The bike used is Keiser, a different feel from a Stages bike I'm used to, but it gets the job done! As for the class A+, I'll be returning on future visits! read more

Y'all, what a Rush! I've taken spin classes in the past, but this is a whole new level of "what did I get myself into?" I recently took a trip to El Paso for school related things and found a free class on the Mind Body App (shoutout to fitness opportunities outside your norm!). It was definitely one of those "ooo, this looks fun, why not?" moments. It was easy enough to find the place--middle of a strip mall and the only orange sign. I walked in and received a hearty welcome from the ladies at the desk. Check in was seamless, especially since I signed the waiver on the Mind Body App. I told them my name, they asked me my shoe size, and then handed my my clip-in bike shoes and provided a mini-tour of the facility. I took Clarissa's class and she is so spunky! She literally spent 10 minutes getting to know me, figuring out where my fitness level was, teaching me how to get in and out of the bike safely, and then adjusting all aspect of the bike to optimize the work out. When class started, she demonstrated all the moves, hyped up the class by giving shout outs to her regulars and even some of the new faces, blasted an 80s throwback playlist, and had a great time playing with all the lights in the room. This was seriously a fully body workout. Including a whole dumbbell sequence towards the end. Yes they were 3 pounds each, but let me tell you, if you do enough reps with outstretched arms even 3 pounds gets spicy in the shoulders. read more

Nothing like feeling a great "rush" of energy and sweat first thing in the morning! This is such a wonderful workout. You get to dance on the bike. You are only competing against yourself. Motivating play list keeps you going for 45 minutes. What are you waiting for? Come ride! read more
