They just post an "under maintenance" sign on it for months and abandon it. Ripped pads are never replaced. Water fountains that haven't worked in months are left dry. The spa is "under maintenance" about a third of the time. The owners don't respond to emails for information about fixing equipment. Construction to make so-called improvements are disruptive for months. Membership fees are much higher at 310 than anywhere else in Las Cruces. Save your money and join a more affordable gym where under-maintained equipment will be less aggravating. 310 is a ripoff. No stars for them if I could have selected zero.

Lisa the manager is outstanding always very helpful. When I enrolled Lisa gave me a business card for Oscar Carranza, personal trainer who would give me a one complimentary session. I didn't take the offer but I often see him assisting patrons. They regularly shampoo the carpet, so the gym always looks like new, no bad body odors like in other gyms. The only thing recommendation is to improve the cleanliness of the exterior. There has been debris in the same spots for a long time. They should reach out to the management of the plaza to take better care of the exterior of the businesses and the parking lot.

The staff is super friendly and helpful when I have had a question about a machine. At any time of the day you see the staff cleaning the machines and floor. Once I reported a machine malfunctioning and the attendant immediately tagged the machine. During the summer I saw signs that PF was offering free access to young people. That was a fantastic outreach to the youth in Las Cruces! Kudos to PF. I wish they would have sanitizing wipes instead of paper wand spray bottles. I have showed to a couple of people refilling the bottles that the triggers heads need cleaned with a detail brush as they all have visible dirt and gunk. They bottles continue either gross triggers. The front of the facility has a water feature that it is gross eye sore with stranded water that attracts mosquitoes. Recently it drained but it looks terrible with rocks covered with mud. I think it would look better with desert plants.

All these rules and lifeguards barking at people is for your own safety. Rules are in place for a reason. No one wants to see you get hurt. As for the people in the front desk.
