I think they need a suggestion box and a notice board with updates. "Over-communicate in times of change." But it's a corporation, so don't expect innovation.

I tried physical therapy after each surgery but feel I have gotten more from Pilates. I honestly feel that if it was not for Ellen's individual program for my body needs, I would probably be using a walker. Instead, I am able to walk 2 miles a day, garden and have complete mobility. It's a pretty, intimate space, and they have mats and props for you to borrow if you don't have your own with you. I am just in town for a business trip, but I'll definitely be back! Mary Jane is very knowledgeable about anatomy and pays close attention to help her clients perform at their peak without overdoing it. Plus she has the certifications to prove it. If she can get a 73 year old with no previous experience and two hip replacements to love her practice it's definitely worth giving her studio a visit. Clean locker rooms, lockers work, water available - seems fresh. Staff is friendly, there is a nice private parking lot...it's about a 7 minute drive to the nearest juice bar.
