I left my house happy as can be. I loved this place. It was my 3rd time going there. So I decided to take my family. This included 2 toddlers 2 kids, 3 adults. I walked in at 730pm and they asked if I called ahead which I didn't know was a thing. I've been here b4 and I just walked in. So far Great start, Manager: "Hi how are you?" table for how many . Myself: 5 people plus 2 toddlers. If you have a booth available I would preffer, if not I can do booster seats or high chairs . Manager: great, can I get a name Myself: Jayla Manager: is that Jaela Myself: no Jayla Manager: oh nice my daughter is Jaela Both: giggle Myself: so how long you think this will take Manager: 10 to 20 minutes cause you guys didn't call ahead. I will text you once a table is available. Myself: great we'll just sit in the car and wait. We sat in the car at. From 7:33pm we sat and no one contacted us. My husband husband says make sure u check your phone cause it's been 35 minutes. I said ok let me go check. I walked in I said I had a table for 7. The hist which was not the Manager said she has a booth that can take 5 people and she would do 2 high chairs. At this point we've been waiting for 40 minutes I said Okay. Got my family out of the car and we sat in the booth, grabted it was a little tight but that's what was giving, cause they had forgot about us. While we're siting here comes Manager. Manager: oh no this is a table for 4 not 7. You guys can't sit here. You will have to be patient and wait for a available seat. everyone looking at my family like we're stupid. Myself; manm you told me 10 to 20 minutes we're running on 50 minutes. This is what was giving to me. Manager: well you didn't call ahead so you have to be patient. Myself; what about saying you were incorrect with timing, being the Manager. She said she will move us to a round table at this point 830pm. Looks like if I didn't come inside to check on that table we still would not have received a text. We get to the round table, and all 7 of us fits, great. After 10 minutes they brought us 3 pieces of bread for table of 7. We here contemplating who should get a piece. Then Ana our server brought us water and asked us what we wanted to drink. My kids are 2,4,10,16 years old. The adults. I told her 2 coke 2 sprite for the kids. As the adults order alcohol drinks. My son called her and ordered an alcdrink as well and she wrote it down. When she came placing the drinks, I said hello he's 16 years old. I worked in a restaurant even if the person has beard u I.D them. My son looks 12 with a baby face She apologized and took that away. She asked did we want appetizer. I said yes ill get 2. One dry regular chicken and one Buffalo. That the regular was for the kids. They brought 2 dry plates dropped them on the table . The food wasn't good. Manager: how's everything going. Myself: not hood at all, we had a rough start, 3 bread and incomplete order. I wanted buffalo wings. Manager: yea I understand, I like spicy food, what you and I would consider spicy is not what they call spicy. I'm guessing that statement mean her and I meaning black folks, which is fine. So u know what spicy I want and you are the Manager of this restaurant and yet u want the blame the kitchen staff of what spicy is for them. I'm confused. Then same Manager goes over to another worker and start talking about until we locked eyes and she walked off. They never cleaned my table. I hate this place so bad. The while way home we talked about this experience. We suppose to be happy talking about a great time we had. Will never returned to this restaurant. My brother and I came here on a whim to just try and get out of the house on a Monday night. We ended up stopping by outhouse and we were not disappointed - Joyce was amazingly attentive and took care of everything we needed before we even knew we needed it! Well if you look at my reviews you will know that I like to frequent independent restaurants and try to avoid chains. Sometimes you can't help it and last night was one of them. After a grueling 2 hours looking at kitchens at Ikea, shoot me, my wife and I had to eat. So off we went to Outback. I should have eaten at Ikea. The server was fantastic and she tried hard god bless her but even she couldn't make up for the food. It could be our own fault because we did order salads and I guess in a steakhouse that might be a no no. But I don't think you need a high level of caluinary training to pull off a ceasar salad. It was the worse food I have ever eaten. Wilted lettuce small and horrible. At least the Fosters beer was cold. Go in have a beer and be done with it. read more

I am surprised the reviews are quite low for this store, but I think I watch you do that to the population in this area. I came to this outback because it was the middle meeting place for my family. We had a small birthday celebration with eight people on a Tuesday night at 5:15 PM. The restaurant was slow, given the day of the week and the time, which allowed for a nice quiet dinner experience. Our waitress was really nice, and gave us excellent service. The only thing holding me back from five stars was the prices. I never remembered Outback to be an expensive restaurant, but after reviewing the menu recently last night, the median price was about $17.50. I was able to bring in a few balloons for the guest of honor a few presents, and even my own homemade cheesecake which catered to a diabetic grandparents, and the birthday girls disgust of cake ;) read more

Due to personal circumstances and Covid, my wife and I had not gone out to a sit-down restaurant by ourselves for more than a year and a half until last night. The Outback has long been one of our favorite destinations as a casual steak restaurant. We weren't sure what to expect when we rolled up for an early evening meal. Given the time of day, we were seated immediately and were quickly greeted by our young waiter, Matt, who proved to be both attentive and engaging. My wife ordered the petite fillet and I ordered the Outback Prime Rib. While we waited for our meals, we enjoyed some of the house brown bread, which was soft and delicious, just as we had hoped it would be. The fillet and prime rib were served in a timely fashion and were, honestly, superb. After a long hiatus from our Friday date night tradition, we could not have had a more enjoyable experience! Overpriced, overpriced, OVERPRICED! I got a burger, spinach and artichoke dip, and a slice of carrot cake...$35 before taxes,tip and fees and $50 total delivery. The food was okay, but not great and not nearly worth the money. I hadn't eaten here in a long time and thought I'd give them a shot after several years I regret it. I ordered the seasonal vegetables which at most restaurants is different types of squash or zucchini mixed up with other things, apparently to outback Steakhouse this means broccoli...just broccoli. In particular, the carrot cake was disappointing. It said it was a three-tier carrot cake and it was $10. I thought it would be far bigger than it was. Some restaurants have expensive desserts but they're huge serving sizes. This was a regular slice of cake and they have the nerve to charge $10 for it. I should also mention it was mediocre at best because it tasted like a refrigerator. You know when you leave open uncovered food in the fridge or a cardboard container for a long time and it starts to taste that way? That's what this carrot cake tasted like, the walls of a refrigerator. It ruined the whole thing. The rest of the stuff was overpriced as well, although not as bad as the dessert. I personally think there are much better restaurants that are more reasonably priced. Go somewhere else. read more

This used to be my favorite place to eat. Last time I ate here they had dirty dishes stacked on the bar and the whole place smelled terrible, ...like dirty dishes. The whipped butter they once served with warm honey wheat rolls were replaced by stale bread and old butter that had clearly been sitting out for some time. They once had great dinner salads, now tiny side salads. The kukaburrow wings, which were my absolute favorite looked as though they came from anemic chickens. I am not sure if it's the entire franchise sliding down hill or just this location but very sad either way. read more

Me and my boyfriend have been there 3 times for date nights. We always go on Saturdays so the place is always packed. You need to make a reservation before going there. The food is great. Their coconut shrimp is good. We had a great waitress but the table sitting next to us had an arrogant waitress. Overall great food. Somehwere you can go with family and friends to have a good time. Been coming here for years now and it's not a bad place for dinner sometimes. Once I had come for dinner and my clam chowder was served cold. I wasn't happy with it and asked for it to be sent back. That night was meh. On other occasions, steak and pasta entrees have been decent and so was service. Other than the cold chowder experience, all else have been okay. Service has never been lacking and I've always felt accommodated regardless of what the request/issue is. To me, it's your typical steakhouse. Nothing too extravagant. It satisfies the palate. Went in today for dinner. Got a drink for my son, when the waitress brought it out I opened the cup and checked it, there was mold at the bottom of the cup. I brought it to her attention so she left to "show her manager". She returned and told me the manager said it was bread. How does bread get in a cup if It came straight from a fountain? The manager game over a few minutes later and said that it was "dirt that they found on the drink dispenser" and they cleaned it off. Well which one is it? Honestly every time I come to this place the service is below average. Every time we get here there is always a wait no matter if the restaurant is busy or not. We came here on a Sunday because they used to have the unlimited soups and salads deal but they changed it and told us they don't do it on the weekends anymore. Another thing about this place is that they like to change up their menu's every now and then for no reason. Even with all these change up to the menu's there's barely anything worth ordering. If it wasn't the coconut shrimp and the baby back ribs here I would never come here at all. The waiters and waitresses that we have are always terrible. Absolutely dreadful if you ask me. We had a table of 10 but our waitress, Lena P, decides to give us bread for only one side of the table. And when we finished all of that and asked for more she decided to give us yet again one order of bread for only the other side of the table. Not only that but she failed to asked us if we wanted to order any appetizers and forgot what everyone wanted for drinks. If this wasn't bad enough, I could see that she was having an attitude with her facial expression the whole time. I also forgot to mention that we were standing at our tables with two chairs still missing the whole time while they were passing out the menu's. I feel like these people fail to have any common sense at all. Please take notice that all of these complaints happen even before the food gets here. BIG RED FLAG. UPDATE: we got our food but our waitress Lena literally puts the food at the edge of table and leaves. Get out of here please. Also I got my coconut shrimp and it was not as good as it used to be and the fries were all dry and stale. 2ND UPDATE: our waitress has not checked up on us at all after we got our food. Little did I know 10 years after my semester abroad to Sydney I'd feel back at home! We discovered Outback Steakhouse was nearby after finding an hour wait at Cheesecake Factory. Now we drive 20 minutes for special occasions for it. What place gives you TWO pork chops?! That's some serious food. And delicious. The blooming onion is delicious. TERRIBLE!!! Not even worth the 1 star. We went to Outback im Randolph, MA tonight (Thursday 29 July 2021) at about 8 pm and it was very quiet with only 4 or 5 tables occupied. The waitress was terrible. While we did get 1 round of drinks and our appetizers, she served us soda that tasted terrible and my glass of Sprite had a fly floating in it. I couldn't tell her that as she never came back to our table. Instead sitting with other guests at their table. When after waiting over an hour and a half for our meals (When other tables that arrived well after us we're served their entire meals) we decided to leave. The manager on duty couldn't have cared any less than she did.. she was dismissive and made the typical excuses of "we are under staffed", "we are training" etc. She literally didn't care that I had a dead fly in my drink. I ended up paying over 40 bucks for 5 sodas, 1 $6 dollar drink special and 2 blooming onions. Save your time and money. Eat out of the dumpster behind the place it would probably be cleaner and you'd get your food faster! read more

It's 545pm Went for a bday party with a table of 9 and called ahead.upon arriving we We're asked if we wanted to sit together at one table or at separate tables. If we wanted to sit together we had to wait 15 to 20 minutes. 35 minutes goes by and we're still not sitting. We were told to wait outside. There is one section of 3 4top tables That are be pushed together for a larger party. there was a party of two when we arrived so we had to wait for them to leave when we checked in the second time after 35 minutes of waiting the original party of two had left and they reseated a second party of two and told us we will still have to wait another 20 minutes to be seated if we want to sit either separate or together. This is ridiculous, either the staff isn't paid enough or they (&the manager we spoke to doesn't know what they're doing) so they finally sat us.all 9 of us in a booth with a single at the end (4 on one side.3 on the other & 3 on the end table) we didn't get our meals until 740p Two of our medium rare steaks were well done and thinner than a hamburger Horrible experience from start to finish we didn't get out of there until 9 o'clock when we got our steaks replaced we got them to go so essentially four of us did not even eat an entrée read more
