I haven't been to Outback since before the pandemic, but I was missing their wings and coconut shrimp so I made a takeout order, joined there rewards program and made another couple takeout orders. Yesterday I was hungry, didn't want to cook and had a $5 "reward" so I decided to eat in. I ordered their platypus punch (?) basically a lemonade you pour a purple liquid into, kinda meh. My server brought bread when she took my drink order and checked back a couple times while I was being indecisive. I planned to get one of their 3 course specials, but bought a steak and Alice Springs chicken combo instead. The steak was perfect, probably sous vide because there wasn't much crust, the chicken was better than I remembered, my sides were steamed, seasoned broccoli and a sweet potato. I was too full for dessert and left happy. read more

Absolutely SHAMBOLIC... My family and I went here for my parents 56th wedding anniversary dinner. Got there, not many people in the place but we still had to wait for 15 minutes to get a table. OK. I get it. not enough staff? We get to our table and we waited another 10+ minutes for the waitress to come. She took our order and we waited a LONG time for drinks and bread. I'm not really happy at this point BUT the tipping point was when they dropped water off. My wife, while waiting for our food picks up her glass of water and I see her staring down at her lap. I though she spilled water on herself. NOPE, there was a USED bandaid sitting in her lap. I asked if that was hers, she looked mortified and shook her head. HOW ON EARTH does a CLEAN glass from the kitchen come to a table with a used bandage on it?! I immediately asked for a supervisor. He came to the table and I explained what happened. he picked up the bandaid and said he'd comp her meal. The fact that we have a NORMAL colored bandaid coming out of a kitchen with clean glasses is just nauseating. I will NEVER go back to this location read more

Went back to outback today! The server was so pleasant and helpful. It made all the difference. We keep forgetting to ask for no salt on the steak, but it was still delicious. I think the server is so important in making the experience pleasant. read more

This Outback Steakhouse is conveniently close by work. When there is a special event for a coworker, we like to come here. I am not too picky about steak as long it is cooked the way I like it, which is medium. We never had an issue coming to this steakhouse. The waiters and bartenders are usually nice and friendly. I like how we can reserve a section if we have a large party. The food is always good and I never have a complaint coming here. I do love getting the clam chowder which is never on the menu. But they always have it when I ask. Looking forward to coming here again. read more

My first time at an Outback Steakhouse we walked into a welcoming host and environment. I ordered a Steak 8oz, Coconut Shrimp, Side Salad and baked potato and a blooming onion It was really delicious The side salad was kinda spicy I don't know if it was the ranch dressing or the raw onions in them. I also ordered a Butter Cake for dessert it's a strawberry cake with whipped cream the cake was very dense, I was hoping that the strawberry juice would of soften it but it didn't. My other half ordered basically everything that I did but for dessert he got the Chocolate Thunder, I tried it and it was too much chocolate for me. I will be back read more

The one and only time I was here was in july 2023. The food was very good, except extremely salty. Unfortunately it is probably attributed to being a franchise type business that conforms to the standard set by the parent company for consistency in every outback restaurant that you patronize. read more

Today 08:17:24 was a very special day so getting the order right was important it was called in for pickup at 250pm Lunch Menu: Main Course: 6oz sirloin steak medium rare and ribs combo.. Sides: Asparagus and sweet potato:....Salad and Soup: Caesar salad and loaded potato soup if not then the new chili soup... Well no loaded potato soup learned no soup so chili it was talk about extremely salty not edible at all was a toss. The meal cal with two sides chose asparagus they gave 2 stalks cut in half to make four; the stem was chewy. To get extra asparagus was $7.99 are you kidding me unacceptable I wanted to carrot cake but just overpriced so the rating is what it is wasn't happy. Take out no ambiance read more

We love OutBack Steakhouse. We always go to the restaurant and it's always great with everything, the food, the service and the ambianc, too. This time we had our food delivered and it was delicious and great just like the restaurant. The food was even hot!! Thank you read more

OMG! Soooooo good. I love the Mac-N-Cheese. The breading on the Mac-N-Cheese is moist but not soggy and if you put it on top of the steak sooo good! I love the lobster. I love the steak. I love the interior and the seating. My favorite meal is the filet-mignon with the lobster and Mac-N-Cheese it is the most expensive but the money isn't an issue when you come here. But is pricey but that does not matter when you come here like I said. read more

Wow! What an amazing experience. Outback and I divorced a few years ago and I haven't looked back until TODAY!!!! Baaaaaby.... You know how to treat a woman. Opening the door, greeting us with a smile while making sure everything we ordered was to perfection. Ryan, the server, and Wayne, the manager, treated everyone in our group like royalty. Thank you. Time changes things and I glad we're back together! See you soon and thank you for an amazing experience. Top notch customer service. read more

I Have not been to outback for years, but wanted to see if they are still good as I remember. I started off with the Grilled Shrimp on the Barbie and the Seared Peppered Ahi .The Barbie shrimp was seasoned to perfection and was very good. The Ahi was fresh and tasted as good as any that I had in other restaurants. My main course was the 12 oz Prime Rib. I have not had a Prime Rib in years and it's not something I can make at home. I requested the end cut medium rare, this way I could get all the spices from the outside of the meat. It was cooked to perfection and delicious. I also ordered just a plain baked potato that was salted on the skin . My goal would be to dress the potato with the juice of the meat. However the potato was good enough on its own . I also ordered asparagus as my vegetable Wait staff was very good , all COVID restrictions were followed. read more

Save your money! Visited outback w friends and it was definitely one of the worst meals I've ever experienced. I ordered steak salad. 3 pieces of ice cold steak on top of an unwashed salad. Disgusting. The burgers were obviously frozen and the coffees were also ice cold. 2 stars because servers were quite pleasant. Never again. read more

Decent place to go for a nearby meal. You pretty much know what you're getting and it's reliable. They periodically change up their menu while managing to remain consistent in their service. The serving sizes are satisfactory and our server was personable. We sat at the bar area where all the lights popped on at 3 o'clock (everything is timed there). I like the blue cheese wedge salad and ordered a steak, which was tender and tasty. We also enjoyed the fried shrimp appetizer special. Outback always delivers exactly what we expect it to, which is appreciated. read more

Great experience on New Year's Day at Outback. I brought my family here for the first time since we were given a gift card over the holidays. The server we had was friendly and very helpful. She frequently asked us if we needed anything or if everything we had was enough. Between the 6 of us, we ordered a ribeye, Alice's chicken, NY strip, steak frites, and two 4-course Aussies. The meats were all great, some of them were a bit more on the rare side than cooked the way we wanted but we would rather they were more rare than rock-hard. Preferably they would just be cooked the way we would have originally wanted, obviously. The fries were good, truffle fries were a little salty, baked potato was a little hard. Clam chowder for the extra $1 was totally worth it, that thing was incredible! I just wish there was MORE. Overall, good experience. Bathroom was a little hard to find. Parking was spacious and fairly well lit. We put ourselves on the wait list prior but there was absolutely no wait on New Year's. read more

Very nice Outback! I ordered a bloomin onion, not my favorite! But coconut shrimp was as always delicious! 6oz steak with shrimp on a Barbie but I was a little surprised that they don't make the shrimp on a Barbie like they use to. They served me four pieces of shrimp on a piece of pumpernickel bread, and that's not shrimp on the Barbie. The shrimp on the Barbie used to come with cherry tomatoes sautéed. It was so good. It still is I just didn't want it on a piece of bread. Anyways we had a wonderful dinner no complaints read more

I used to go to The Outback often. It was nice for our family, even with minor inconveniences such as being seated near the bathrooms or the in the bar...despite almost all the booths being unoccupied. But in recent months, the quality of the food fell off. We gave it another try when my birthday rolled around & got takeout. The steaks were extremely oversalted & overpeppered, almost to the point of being inedible. The meat is also rather tough & smaller-portioned, not like it used to be. The baked potatoes were the most disappointing. They were small, so hard & dark they looked like they'd been cooked the day before & reheated. The ribs, my birthday dinner, tasted strange & seemed tough. The one saving grace was the Cheese Fries. They were generously-portioned & cooked perfectly & the Garlic dipping sauce was great. I just wish the rest of the food was like it used to be. I agree with another reviewer when they said ordering takeout is 'stressful', as the food is seldom the same as ordering it inside the restaurant. read more

I have dined in and had takeout/delivery at this location over the years. The staples of the menus are obviously the steaks. When I've dined in, I've never loved nor hated the food. Sometimes the steaks are overly salty but not all the time. The wallaby darned drink is honestly what keeps me going back each time and as someone who is in the minority when it comes to not liking chocolate, I also really appreciate all the non chocolate dessert items they offer. Overall my dine in experiences have been good. However, sadly, I can't say the same for my takeout experiences. Last night and the time before that all my food arrived cold. Not a big deal for some food items, however French onion soup that's ice cold and the cheese isn't melted properly, that's pretty hard to justify when it's a side you have to pay extra for. Side salad was average, steak cooked properly but also arrived cold so reheating that pretty much ruins things. The shrimp also tasted pretty good but ruined by the temperature. The delivery person arrived ahead of schedule so it had to be on the restaurant and their timing. Perfectly average experience in person, but will not try takeout/delivery anymore. read more

Horrible!!! We went for my parents 51 wedding anniversary, as they love this place and they could have picked any where to go, but wanted to go here.... We went on Saturday night, the no waiting should have been a dead giveaway, even though I did the call ahead seating, there was absolutely no wait for 6pm!!!! We were seated and they took our drink orders and appetizer order... then we asked for another loaf of bread....,we waited for what seemed like forever to get our appetizer the blooming onion, which the top petals were fantastic but when you got to center it was dripping with grease, the the bottom layer couldn't be touched. After we were finished with the appetizer they brought the second loaf of bread, and again it took forever for our meals.... The well killed burger that should have been medium well, the bloody prime rib which was supposed to be well done, the rare burger that should also should have been medium well, the chicken tenders that were anything but tender, as they were extremely dry, and my entree didn't come until about 5 minutes later than everyone else's. The raw over seasoned shrimp weren't even edible, and I made a substitution of the rice for the pasta Alfredo, which tasted like Fettuccine with milk and tons of raw chopped onions mixed throughout, not used as a garnish but mixed in.... Thank good for the broccoli that came with my meal, the little bit of appetizer I had and bread. read more

Last time I order something online , it didn't go well but this time I had something to crave and enjoy. Get the Steamed Lobster Tail was the best choice of my life because it was cooked perfectly to perfection. thankfully it didn't fall apart like last time so that's good at least. Also the Steamed Lobster costed only 25.99 dollars which is really affordable and enjoyable. Thank U Out-Back Steakhouse!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :) read more

Still 4 stars! We did takeout during the Covid 19 outbreak and I love that you order & pay online, pull up at the curb and a gloved & masked employee puts your food through the window and sends you on your way, the food was all done correctly to our requests and still warm upon my return home. Good job Outback NH! read more

It ok, but for the $$ "Longhorn" down the street is ABSOLUTELY better, hands down. I get pretty much the exact thing at longhorn (petite sirloin with Mac n cheese, and loaded potatoe) EVERY dish is tastier and presented better at Longhorn. Poor Customer service from the Hostess when entering the restaurant. If I could rate a 0 I would. My food was unacceptable I ordered Chicken tenders and fries. The chicken tenders came out like the size of chicken nuggets. When I informed the manager on duty he was extremely sarcastic and not concerned about my order. I returned my entire order due to poor quality of food and customer service. I do not recommend this location. This place is horrible and when he returned my money the manager placed it on the table. I will be contacting corporate tomorrow. Horrible Horrible Service!! read more

I went with a 3 because I find the food and service so inconsistent. The servers are usually pleasant, but not always attentive. The food is very inconsistent in. Terms of taste and quality. In fact, the last bloomin' o ion we got there was greasy , undercooked and awful. We thought the chef might have been different, but saw two perfectly cooked onions served right next to us. I won't rush to go back. Too bad. I used to like this place. read more

Get the bloomin onions and get out Your steak will be full of untrimmed fat. Be unevenly cooked. And there will be hunks of blubbery unrendered fat next to a line of silver skin You can buy a steak at the supermarket. Sear it in the pan finish it basting with butter and garlic and herbs and you will have a steak you will enjoy 10x more than any outback steak Expect low quality steak you will not be dissapointed but if you want to eat steak then enjoy it. Don't get the lowest of the low (2 star cuz the appetizers are lowkey good) read more
