5 stars for Outback The restaurant was clean and inviting. We were seated pretty quickly. The menu had so many combo options (appetizers, main course and dessert). We didn't go with any of them. The food was delicious and served hot. My steak was seasoned like I would do it at home. I didn't need any sauce. Baked potato was a nice size and tasty. The side salad was a little skippy on toppings. Steak and chicken were delicious. Chicken breast tender and juicy. We will definitely be back again. read more

Ordered through Uber Eats, got my food within 30min and it was ICE COLD. Not "not hot" literally cold. No I'm not going to just reheat it so my steak can turn to leather. Uber Eats wouldn't even partially refund me. Which is complete trash. Just like my food from this Outback. read more

I typically only patronize this location to celebrate the birthdays of some of my closest friends. Each time we've been (yearly for the past 5 yrs) we've never been disappointed. This past time was no exception. Our waitress, Sarah, was on top of things for our table of 7, and I'm sure her other tables, as well. Our food was ALL prepared as ordered. It all arrived to the table at approximately the same time. The staff even held our cake (brought in by one of us at the table) in the back in order to surprise the birthday girls! If I had one BIG complaint it would be that parking is beyond difficult to find close to the building. It's usually a lengthy walk in a relatively dark parking lot. I do have to say, however, I'm not a fan of so many different waitstaff 'helping out' at the table. Too many things get lost in the mix or not communicated to the waitress herself (drink refills, needed condiments.) Things meant to streamline certain processes just are not effective. Who doesn't love Outback!! Once seated, Falyn was amazing! She made sure we had everything needed. I ordered a salmon Caesar salad! It was delicious. Be sure to get it medium! Very flavorful!! Honestly only had one note. It would have been nice to be greeted upon exit since they weren't busy (only one guest waiting to be seated and 2 people at the host stand). The best part of my dining experience was the service from the To-Go staff. The food was great: my steak was cooked just how I specified, my salad was very fresh, and my drink was delicious. Excellent Curbside Experience - Outback Steakhouse (Atlantic Blvd) I used curbside pickup at Outback Steakhouse and was genuinely impressed. I arrived early in the morning and was one of the first customers, and my food was brought out in under a minute--quick, seamless, and incredibly efficient. The staff was friendly and professional, and the process was smooth from start to finish. Everything was packaged well, hot, and exactly as ordered. Most importantly, the food was excellent--fresh, flavorful, and clearly prepared with care. I do want to add a thoughtful note: I came early before the restaurant got busy, so wait times may be longer later in the day. Please be patient and kind to the staff during peak hours--they're working hard, and the quality of the food is absolutely worth it. Great curbside service, great food, and a team that clearly cares. Everything was amazing from start to finish. The menu is pretty big. I got the margarita flight to drink and each one was delicious. The blackberry one was my favorite. I had to get their French onion soup and blooming onion to start. The onion was so big and each piece was tender and crispy. The French onion soup was amazing as well. It had the perfect broth to cheese the bread ratio. For my meal I had to get the coconut shrimp and sirloin and shrimp and chicken pasta. The entire place was packed and had a wait but our server took care of us and constantly checking in on us and if we needed anything and we were there for a couple hours. Waited until 4:00pm so I could order the beef rib roast. What a disappointment! The meat was tasteless and for the price, never again. The waitress informed management & was offered a redo replacement that was turned down. Didn't want to waste food. Management did not charge & complimented my drink. I had a gift card here from awhile ago and I tried to get my girlfriend to come with me several times, but based on her last experience at another location, she was expecting unimpressive food at a high price. Boy was she wrong! We started with a blooming onion and a couple soft drinks. I ordered the prime rib and it was cooked to perfection and had a delicious horseradish sauce on the side. My girlfriend got a sirloin with broccoli and steakhouse mac n' cheese for an up-charge, but it was well worth it. Carmen and Maureen were fantastic! My meal wasn't exactly what I thought it would be, but I'm not one to send things back. Carmen encouraged me to send it back because she wanted me to be happy. Maureen, the manager, came to the table to apologize and said she is bringing me a whole new fresh meal. I told her it wasn't necessary and felt bad for sending it back. Not only did she bring a new meal out, but she also took it off the bill. I told her it was completely unnecessary to do that, but she insisted. Wow! That was incredible customer service. Good steak, a bit pricey. I miss the lamb dish. I recommend you go for the steak anyway. Things tell you Buffett is tight from shrinking sizes, more pushback on waiter mistakes and little things like you can only have a small tablespoon worth of things that used to be on the table like A1 and h-57. Last few visits went badly, had drinks spilt on me twice by waiter. Overcharged on what was supposed to be fixed. And there is no timing. A long awaited visit for an early dinner was an overall great experience! Excited to try the new dessert on the menu, Tam Tam Brownie Cake. Ordered my favorite appetizer, coconut shrimp, followed by a eleven ounce sirloin steak for the entree. In enjoyed the cooked to perfection , medium well steak along with a baked potato and house salad. Service was superb thanks to my server, Wendy and staff working alongside her. Dining room was quiet and very comfortable on a Monday afternoon before 4PM. Restaurant wasn't too busy and food/drinks were ready quickly to enjoy. We sat at a table in the bar. There were about 7 other customers for 2 bartenders. It took about 5 minutes to get our drink order. About 7 minutes later the waiter took our order which was 2-12 oz medium rare prime ribs with bake potatoes and veggies. It took 25 minutes to receive our food. we watched 3 tables that arrived after us receive their food. When we did receive our food, it looked good, but we had to struggle to cut it as it was mostly gristle. We only ate about half. A $76 evening plus tip... Save your money and go elsewhere. Where to begin... Outback wants to be a steakhouse but their steak is mediocre at best. Their blend of spices seems to consist mainly of salt s that is the main flavor. For 5 people, with tip, we spent almost $200 and out meal was most definitely not worth it. We received drinks, bread and appetizer before we ever had napkins or utensils. We only got them because we asked and even then it took far longer than it should have. I ordered a 13 oz ribeye but what I got was maybe 6oz of meat and 7oz of fat which is disgusting and not at all appetizing. For a restaurant that claims to hand trim their steaks, they missed this mark big time on this ribeye. My salad was full of wilted iceberg lettuce, has 2 paper thin slices of cucumber and quite a few fibrous end piece of lettuce. The level of unprofessionalism that I witnessed, from a server Tayla who was not my server (I was sitting at the bar)to the manager, Melissa who instigated making sure that I felt uncomfortable and put forth effort to create a hostile dining experience. I have never been to an establishment where an employee text one of their friends because they see you are with someone they don't like and have that friend come up there. Then proceeded to loudly discuss that the friend was there specifically to make sure my dining experience was So miserable that I was left with no choice, but to ask my bartender to make our meal Togo and close out. The only plus side was our bartender Summer who was professional, polite, and extremely accommodating, even Putting forth effort not to put herself in the conversation at the service well that was again loudly being discussed. read more
