I am not generally crazy about the Outback chain, but I was pleasantly surprised with my dinner here. Service was perfect - friendly, on top of things, but not overbearing. I had the firecracker salmon, which was cooked very nicely. I was expecting it to be overcooked, but it was not. The mango salsa on top of the fish was fresh and well-seasoned. The accompanying vegetables were unremarkable; they were the over-steamed, under-seasoned side I was expecting. Overall, I had a good experience, and would return. read more

We ordered the house Mac and cheese for a child not knowing that it was spicy, we asked the waiter if they had a different kind for children and he brought it out to us within 3-4 mins. He was great. Wish I would've remembered to take a picture but I was starving! Outback Steakhouse is not one of my favorite restaurants but it is my boyfriends so that's where we ended up tonight. The food was pretty good. We had the aussie cheese fries (delicious) as an app, he had the chicken burger and I had the filet mignon with the lobster tail. The steak was pretty good, it cut very nicely and was full of flavor. The lobster was a little small however what else would you expect for a $37 combo. The only direct complaint that I have is our waiter was very forgetful. I had to remind him multiple times about different things and situations like that can make a big impact on someones experience. Overall, 3 stars. This was My 1st time going to this location since the one in Bricktown is terrible. Anyway my husband and i went on a Saturday and we arrived @ 4 pm. Perfect time because after 5 it is mobbed. We were seated right away and our server Keny was awesome! Well we had the steak and lobster tail it was good! My wife, son, and I visited Outback last night and it was fantastic! After a bit of a wait ( it was Friday night so that was expected) we were sat and greeted by our server Maria. She had a smile on her face and couldn't have been nicer. I had the prime rib and it came out perfectly. I asked for it as rare as it could get ( I like my steak cold in the middle) and it did not disappoint. My wife had a chicken dish and it was delicious. My son couldn't get enough of his kids grilled cheese. Not only was the food delicious but the service was fantastic! Maria was very attentive and refilled drinks without us even asking. Came here after hockey game at Loukes. Started with the Blooming Onion. Nephew and I then had Lobster and Steak special and it was wonderful. Chyanne was our waitress from the bar who was fast and personable and made sure all was served hot! Made a special non alcoholic drink for my nephew of raspberry iced tea and pink Lemon aid which he enjoyed. Clean, friendly and food was a 10! read more

I visited this Resturant Sunday night with some friends. What happened to this place first I ordered a key lime Martini it was the worst drink ever it was half full it wasn't even key lime, then on to dinner I ordered there fillet steak and lobster well that steak was dry and the Lobster raw I sent it back and the chef brought me out another one which was ok. Our visit tonight was perfect. Our server Theresa was the best server! She was super attentive and friendly. I don't understand the less than 4 stars at this location. I went on a Friday nite during prime business hours. My service was A÷, I ordered a Rib eye steak with garlic butter and it was melt in your mouth tasty and tender. Paul, the manager came table to insure that our dining experience was desirable. Unfortunately, this place lacks efficiency and lacks customer service. I was there and they lost my ticket and told me after waiting for over an hour. OK, I don't write reviews but after this last horrible experience I felt I needed to tell as many people as possible to avoid the is place! First off we have been to this Outback a total of 4 times since it opened and 2 of those 4 times have been bad experiences so lets just say we will NOT be returning. This time was last night at 6PM New Years Eve and it was not crowded at all so service should not have been bad but it was HORRIBLE! There were 8 of us that started out ordering drinks and apps from the waitress that you could tell did not want to be working that night and had the personality of a wet sock. After we got our drinks and apps she dropped one of the apps on the floor and said she would be right back with the replacement app, it was 15 minutes before we say her again WITHOUT the app! After taking our dinner order and drink order she disappeared again for 10 more minutes, when returning we asked about the app that we still didn't have and all the plates and glasses on the table that hadn't been bused yet. Now the dinners come out 40 minutes later AND THEY WERE ALL WRONG AND MINE WAS "LOST" IN THE KITCHEN AND WOULD HAVE TO BE RE-DONE!! Now we have 3 drink glasses each (8 people X 3 drinks 24 glasses!!!!) plus app dishes and dinner dishes stacked all over the table with no room to put a thing down!!!! I called over the manager and told him this was absolutely ridiculous and he should be ashamed of his restaurant. Needless to say our entire meal was comped and we left in a hurry NEVER TO RETURN! They are so unprofessional. We ordered at1PM for Mother Day for pick up at 545PM. My husband waited fro 1 1/2hr and all they say is they will call when ready. They have obviously overbooked and yet they are so dishonest they are not telling when you are on line what happened to the order etc. if you call they simply out down the phone. Couldn't Have Been Better. We arrived on Friday evening about 7:30 there was a wait so we decided to sit outside. I didn't have high hopes but much to my surprise it was excellent from start to finish. Our server, a young gentleman was prompt and checked on us repeatedly. Went there Dec 19th for a QUICK MEAL since they were NOT BUSY. Alyssa was our waitress. There was maybe 5 tables occupied. She had 2. She took our order. And seen her once after that. Someone else brought us our food. The worst service ever. EVERRRR!! didn't check on us at all. And waiting for the check was half hour. HALF HOUR!!! Mind you all she had was 2 tables. This was a terrible experience. I was out with my family, and we order a sirloin steak. I asked for medium rare and half was completely raw not even cooked, and the other half was burnt. My husband asked for a burger and the patty was extremely burnt. My daughter ordered chicken fingers and there were 2 pieces of hair long hair in her food. Swung by for a quick bite. As I waited forever for a bartender to come out, I asked the host if this place has Wi-Fi. This saves on my Wi-Fi. The host shrugged his shoulders, and said no clue. Steamed broccoli...STRAIGHT UP NASTY. They tasted like liver. I hate liver. It grossed me out. When I was finally checked up on, I said this broccoli tastes horrible. I get asparagus instead. It's ok. I regret not reading other reviews first. The chances of me coming back here are slim and none. Still trying to find the best place AT Hamilton market to eat at. So far, ruby Tuesday still reins number one for me. Chillies, cracker barrel, TGI'S, and this joint are ruled out. Bartender just tried to take my plate away while I'm still eating from it. My husband and I went here for a Sunday lunch. It wasn't horrible, but I will be honest and say it would be hard to even say it was good. The decor is cool, you feel comfortable and all. The menu items are exciting and get you hyped for the food to come. I ordered the coconut shrimp with sautéed mushrooms and my husband got the steak tacos and a Caesar salad. My husband's tacos came out cold...We normally aren't ones to send back food, but in this case, it want very busy and we asked in a very tactful manner. The waiter said not a problem and returned it back to the kitchen...anywho, even after they were re-heated, both of us already eyed at each other that this would be our last time here. Not because of poor service, the manager even came over and apologized, but simply because the food was not good. Our server has horrible. We ordered drinks unsweetened iced teas and when delivered she scampered away before we could ask for sweetener not to mention there was no ice in the iced teas. Our order for appetizers was taken down wrong and wrong item brought to the table (ordered volcano shrimp got onion petals instead). Still waiting for bread even though other tables that sat after us were given bread already. Bread finally arrived 20 mins after sitting. We stopped going to Outback a few years ago and just now decided to try it again. We stopped because they changed the thickness of the steaks so that they could give you a bigger around steak. But this causes the steaks to over cook to quickly. Nothing has changed in that respect. My prime rib was not flavorful and had 4 ozs of fat on one end. 14oz prime rib was only 8-10oz of meat and overall 4 to 6 oz of FAT. Needless to say we won't be back for another few years. read more

Went on a Saturday night and waited 90 mins. to get at a table. Waitress was excellent, very nice and attentive and even ran out into the parking lot after I left my phone. Food was not very good at all, IMHO. Ordered the fried onion thingy, which is supposed to be their signature dish, and it was horrible, burnt and nasty. Waitress took it off the bill and gave me a coupon. Had a steak quesadilla and it was unimpressive---only about half of the wedges contained any steak, it was undercooked and needed some salsa or anything to add flavor and visual appeal to the pale, undercooked (almost white) tortilla, (white) melted cheese and (white again) sour cream condiment. I was surprised at how high the prices were but it was also a surprise to see how many people were lining up to eat at this joint. read more

Service was adequate but then our server disappeared for 15-20 minutes after dropping off the check. We noticed the drink prices were reasonable, but nothing really struck our fancy. The waiter took our order and was flexible about substituting extra vegetables for potatoes. Service was quick and accurate. I enjoyed my Caesar salad and DW enjoyed house salad. I had filet mignon with lobster tail and broccoli. Filet was overlooked but lobster tail was good. Broccoli was fine. DW got prime rib with Mac and cheese. Prime rib was properly cooked but was a little tougher than prime rib from Charlie Brown's. The Mac was tasty, cheesy, and peppery. For dessert we had mini milkshakes. The Oreo was very good and the mint was fine. This was a typical chain restaurant experience where some things are better than others. read more

Sooo disappointed! We got takeout watched employees sneak vapes, run stuff to their cars come outside and text etc. we ordered online so everything we wanted was in writing. Outback burger, no mustard no onions no pickles no lettuce no tomato. All of those things were on the burger soaking through the bun. Extra ranch for the Aussie cheese fries, we got no ranch at all. I called to talk to the manager about my inedible burger and what I observed their staff doing. Explained everything to the person who came to the phone after I asked for a manager. His response was ok so what..do you want to do? No sorry nothing, pretty much what do you want lady? After explaining to him I just spent 3 hours in my car I wasn't coming back to that restaurant he explained he'd talk to his manager about sending me something...umm what? I thought you were a manager that's who I asked to speak with. So basically I was transferred to a team member instead of the manager like I had asked. So I'm sure I am just out the lovey for the burger I threw out and will just have to avoid this place all together even though my husband loves it. We ordered takeout meals which were absolutely horrible. One of the entries which we ordered was a 14 oz. ribeye cooked medium rare, it came out well done and was terrible. We also ordered a prime rib which was not available. Last but not least, was our two orders of baked potatoes which we were told was sold out. She recommended a drink called Sydney's cosmo and she must be the best bartender ever because I loved the drink!!! Ordered a steak with veggies for a side and the steak was cooked just as I ordered!! We sat at the bar for 5 minutes she was too concerned with flirting with 3 guys to pay attention to the other 6 people waiting for drinks and service. The male bartender wasn't any better.
