They have 3 Fries options and I asked if I could swap out my French Fries for the Sweet Potato Fries. Apparently, this is not something they normally allow, but the manager approved it. I also wanted my Calamari not as crunchy and lightly fried. The calamari came out thick-coated, hard-fried, and tasted of oil. I was told this is the best they could do without it appearing raw. The manager came over to discuss my request and outlined their cooking process. I then asked if it was possible to just use less batter? They obliged and re-prepared the calamari. It came out looking 10x better than before and I could actually taste the flavors. The manager came back to see how everything was. Janay, the manager did a phenomenal job at managing the situation.
