I don't even know where to start.... I came in and ordered my normal Outback favorite, sirloin with a salad and fries, added bacon and cheese. First off, my salad came out and it has nasty brown and nasty sliminess on it. I picked that out and went to start to mix and the salad was just all wilted and not fresh. I took a bite and it was just nasty. My food came out and I asked if I could send the salad back and just get broccoli. Sure, not an issue. I ordered my steak medium just as I do everytime from Outback and every other restaurant. It came out medium rare...it was still raw but not mooing! I asked to send it back nott happy, especially since they told me that was "their" medium...like no, no its not! Broccoli came out and I took a bite. It was so bad, I almost threw up in my mouth and had to go spit it out in the bathroom! It was bad bad! My steak came back out and it also tasted bad. The excuse the manager had was that "they were having food quality issues, due to the hurricane". Like no ma'am, you're not. The restaurant is a chain and doesn't get stuff locally and magically no other local business has had this issue. Also the local major highway you sit on, is open in both directions, you're simply just serving bad, very bad food to customers. I was only offered a free desert, I don't eat sweets! I also only ate my cheese fries and yet paid and for a whole meal I didn't get to eat!!! I still tipped my waiter nice even though she seemed to have an attitude that I didn't want my food! I'm not a Karen and I do not write a bad review unless it is warrant! This review doesn't even deserve one star! (Never got any) Ordered a bloomin onion- it was small, cut thin and burnt on bottom- we were looking forward to it. We had to request bread- no longer butter it is margarine. I ordered a burger rare no bun with mashed potatoes. The burger was so thin they couldn't cook it to order. My husband got up to check on the dog in the car and the bartender started cleaning up dumped his drink- it was like they were in a hurry to close and it was only 6 pm. read more

This place is amazing and always consistent. I'm not sure where all of these negative reviews have come from other than just really miserable people that look for something to complain about. We had dinner there tonight and yes, it seemed short staffed, but people really need to learn how to have some patience and grace. We saw our server Ava treated poorly all night and she was doing amazing. I just really don't understand people who just want to be mean and miserable. Stay at home. I was disappointed in my meal at this Outback. The blooming onion tasted good, but extremely greasy. The Alice Springs chicken was not as good as we've had at a different Outback. My steak...not good at all. I got 6 Oz sirloin, it was 1 inch by 4 1/2 inches long. Like a rectangular shape. Weird. Tough as can be. Didn't taste great, either. I should have sent it back. Went here on a Sunday ("open until 9") after the place a few doors down (Twigs) semi-rudely told us they could not seat us because it was too late ("open until 9:30"). Outback pleasantly seated us at 8:48 with no hesitation and no attitude. Our waitress was just as friendly and happy and did not make us feel rushed in the least. The meals were great (including the appetizer). We did our best to move along as quickly as we could, though that was our choice.... Again no one was rushing us. We had a party of 5 and went to this location for my sons 18th birthday. The wait time was about 40 minutes, which was understandable because the place was PACKED. We had no concerns with the wait and the text message when our table was ready was a wonderful perk. Our server, Isaac H, was PHENOMENAL. He was attentive and friendly with an awesome personality. He made us laugh during our entire visit and was great about keeping an eye on our beverages and getting the food out fast. Another bad experience and the last. I ordered the Victoria Filet cooked medium and my mother got the same. Both came out rare, but mine was raw meat and bloody. The waitress said she would have them throw it back on. It came back still bloody in the middle. The manager said he would get another one going for me. My first steak was at least 2 inches thick about 5 inches long and 3 inches wide. As you can see by the pictures this was my disappointing replacement Filet. More like an over done hamburger. We usually do take out from this Outback location about once each month. This was Father's Day, so we decided to dine in house. The staff for take out is always excellent, friendly; they listen, get orders correct, are nice people, so we were not surprised when our in house service was very good. It was Father's Day after all, so we called ahead about one hour before we arrived. As a result, even though there was a wait, we only had to wait about 15 minutes to be seated. April was our waitress. She had several tables as well as being the bartender, so she was very busy. It took about 1 hour for us to receive our food. Nonetheless, she is a good person, knows her job, and all went pretty well. We have a food sensitivity (MSG) and had to ask about what was actually in the ranch salad dressing. Carolyn and William, both Managers, got involved in the conversation. They took the time to talk with us; we appreciated that very much. All in all, we had a good meal, a good evening out. We stopped at this restaurant and asked if we could get served even though they closed at 9. We were welcomed in and got two of the best burgers and great fries (loved the fresh cucumber pickles on the burgers!!).
