Went to this joint for a member promotion. The atmosphere is acceptable, spacious and not noisy. Servers are helpful and warm to diners. Ordered the sirloin and lobster combo. To be honest the sirloin (medium) is not very well prepared, not sure if it is because of the meat quality or the way it is cooked. Haven't get a chance to try other stuffs in the menu. Food was excellent this evening. it was feesh and HOT. started with Potato Soup and decided to make appetizers a meal tonite. 2 orders of wings, brussel sprouts and a side salad. Thoughts on this Outback Steakhouse: -I am a huge fan of the free, toasted bread with butter served at the beginning -Good steaks, especially for the price with accompanying excellent sides --In particular, I am a big fan of their baked potatoes, though I usually have to ask for extra cheese -I was surprised with the quality of their salmon. It's delicious! -Friendly, helpful service -Parking can sometimes be an issue up front but this is usually ok -A restaurant I keep returning too with friends since it is affordable with filling meals in a nice atmosphere. Since it's a chain I pretty much knew what to expect from the food it's the service that gets downgraded... So some friends and I decided to go to this location before an event. We got there checked in and sat in the corner to chat.. They have us a buzzer and an hour went by so we asked why we hadn't been buzzed and their excuse was they called our number.. First of all we couldn't hear anything as the restaurant was loud and who is listening for numbers when you have a table buzzer?! When we brought this to the attention of the host they were able to get us a table right away and even offered some free apps which was nice. Our waitress once we sat down wasn't as attentive as I would have liked her to be but i normally don't expect much from chain restaurants.. overall it was ok, its not an outback i would go out of my way to go to. read more

Pretty big fan of Outback! The brown bread is absolutely delicious and of course unlimited with any order of entree. I normally finish at least 4 of them with my steak! My go-to is the 12 oz. Outback Special Sirloin for $18.99. Great value. Get 2 sides too. I know this is not Capital Grille or Ruth Chris, but for the price you're paying for the steak quality is great along with the sides being included. From my experience, the steak sometimes is undercooked. I normally get medium-well, but (guess they're being cautious) it sometimes come out as medium-rare to medium. A lot of times they have promotional offers such as adding $4 more to get a lobster tail or unlimited shrimp to go along with your steak. Now that's the kind of offer I cannot refuse... Bathroom has always been clean the times I've been there, shows they are staying on top of things. 1 star off for inconsistent service when seated at the tables, but overall service has been solid/good. read more

Let me start off by saying that I am from the deep deep South (Lower Alabama); where we are known for amazing BBQ. I was very skeptical on eating BBQ up North. The first thing I notice when I arrived is that I was greeted with a "Welcome Ya'll" (Made me feel like I was back home), the entire staff was extremely friendly (I was very shocked because I've been in MD for over a year and the people here are the rudest of any state I've ever been to) and the Sweet Tea tasted like Diabetes Heaven (just the way I like it)! i have a lot to say about this meal, it was delicious. when we first got there and sat down i noticed it wasn't as crowded as it usually was, which was probably why our service was so good. i cant remember his name, i wish i could because he was so sweet, but he was very attentive and nice. we got extra bread without asking for it, just because i told him i loved the bread there, and after our meal he gave me 3 loafs of the bread un-warmed, and told me instructions how to warm it at home so it's as good as it is when we eat there. now onto our meal- it came out within 10-15 minutes, and was delicious. my steak was slightly burnt on the top, but still very good, cooked to just my liking. while i didn't eat my mashed potatoes because they weren't very warm (mashed potatoes aren't really my favorite in the first place), the rice was excellent. i got a huge portion, which was not was i was expecting, and it tasted like mexican rice (?) anyways, it was all very good. the restaurant had nice vibes and we will definitely be coming back here! read more

This is the filthiest, roach infested, poorly managed outback we've every had the misfortune of patronizing. The AC wasn't workin, the coconut shrimp were over cooked, the vegetables were undercooked, the water was warm, butter melted, and though the place wasn't busy, they still managed to forget a few sides. I mentioned it to the manager and he did discount our bill 10%. We did leave an appropriate tip for our waiter who was very nice. And then we witnessed the manager follow and pounce on a roach on the bars beer taps. We boxed up what we could not eat and probably will throw away and tried to leave...which took like 15 of the most annoying minutes considering there were only a few tables occupied.
