I'm already not a fan of Outback in general, I was invited and that was the chosen location. The server could not let us finish a sentence without over-talking us. She did get answers to the questions that were asked and made sure issues that we had were corrected. She would ask if we were ready to order or a question about an item order, but then say "give me onnnne second" when someone started to answer. I only ordered wings and loaded potato soup, as I had just been invited to Outback the previous day as well and did not enjoy the pasta at the previous location. The soup BARELY had potatoes, but had good flavor. The wings were flavorful, were nice and hot, and seemed fresh. I ordered a strawberry kiwi Rita that was pretty good as well. There were a few mixups with condiments, toppings, and meat temp but I will say they were all resolved fairly quickly. She seemed overwhelmed and it WAS Mother's Day, but the crowd didn't really rush until we were nearly done eating; there were several empty tables or tables with only 2 or 3 people in the section where we were seated. I'm definitely not a fan and will not be returning. The best part of every outback is the bread. The parking lot is very small as well. The service was incredibly frustrating from the moment I walked in. I was looking for the takeout side, and one of the servers had her headphones on, completely ignoring me. It took someone else telling her to assist me before she finally acknowledged my presence. All I wanted to know was where the takeout side was, which turned out to be around the building. When I went to the takeout side and knocked a few times, nobody came to assist me. Eventually, she came out and told me not to knock on the door with my phone. She said she wouldn't open the door until the food was ready, which makes no sense. How could I expect her to hear a single knock if she was in the back? I had no idea what was going on, and without knowing how long it would take, I couldn't even pay for my food. The situation seemed ridiculous. Outback has been consistently bad for the last decade. But it has hit rock bottom. But they say that rock bottom has a basement. Basement meet Outback. Did a GrubHub delivery order. First I was surprised to see that the prime rib was no longer on the menu. The 13 oz Rockhampton ribeye seems to have taken its place. Bummer. But I digress. The website is not order friendly. No mechanisms to truly customize your order. Like if you want extra dressing or butter. I looked up the Rockhampton steak thinking it was a cut I was not familiar with or some sort of special preparation. Nope , Google says it is a steak that Outback offers. The steak was dry, overcooked and tasteless. When I say tasteless I mean NO beef taste at all! I imagine shoe leather would taste like this steak. $51 down the drain. Potato would have been good if I had a way to order extra butter. The Caesar salad has shrunk in size , but I must admit I like their take milder Parmesan cheese they are using. Again it needed extra dressing ... well you know the rest. I said this before but , this time I mean it : I'm writing off Outback for good. Ok, I want to start by saying that the steak I ordered was delicious. The problem I experienced wasn't with the food but rather the server and the actual location. We sat in the bar and the chairs were all wobbly. in fact is a natural liability. The floors were all slippery and dirty. The men's bathroom has feces in the urinal. And it was disgustingly dirty. The bartender was not attentive and we will need to continue to call him over in order for us to get service. UberEats had a 50% off discount, so why not!!! This location is downtown Baltimore so i was really suprised they even delivered to my area. The delivery packaging was great! No spills, everything I needed- the best! The medium 6oz steak was good. The coconut shrimp were good. Don't put them in teh microwave tho lol because they "pop" all over the inside. The coconut shrimp had a tasteful dip with it also. The baked potato came seasoned and with all loaded ingredients in little plastic cups I ordered a side salad with pecans but it was actually full of blue cheese crumbles- no pecans at all. It was huge, but the blue cheese was a bit overpowering. Came with the standard brown bread and delicious butter (wish it was more better in the cup) Ordered the K. wings in medium. I decided to order carryout from here to satiate my desire for some classic American fare. The entire pick up experience was plain sailing- the friendly waitress promptly took care of the transaction and there was virtually no wait time for the food. Boasting about their famous Bloomin Onion, I had to give this monster-size appetizer a try. Wow, this is truly the ultimate comfort food. Each bite began with the satisfying fried taste of the crunchy batter that coats the onion and ended with the satisfying slither of the smooth onion between my lips. The onion, somewhat on the sweeter side, was a little too soggy, but it still blended well with the deep fried exterior. Additionally, the spicy mayo complimented the appetizer well. Get some napkins nearby because eating this was extremely messy and my hands were greasy but it was totally worth it. Onto to the main, and less exciting but still decent part of the meal. I ordered the Ribeye Steak, which came with two sides: mashed potatoes and a side house salad. I ordered the steak medium-rare, and it was marbled well with a smokey char to the aftertaste. The wood fire sear sealed all of the aromatic seasoning and created a tender umami experience in my mouth. However, it was a little on the dry side. The sides- the house salad and mashed potatoes- were fairly standard, nothing too special to rave about here. The carryout order even came with bread and butter to imitate a real coursed meal experience at the restaurant. So overall, it was a decent food experience. My unhealthy and gluttonous food cravings were definitely satisfied with this meal. The food was a little heavy, but it was perfect for my cheat day. read more

Let me start by saying my mom loves this place. We ended up at Outback after family bowling and we were starving. I pulled up and had to take a few minutes to find parking. The lot right outside of the restaurant was a bit small but there is street parking and much larger parking lot right next door if you don't mind walking a little bit. We walked in and we're greeted right away. We sat in a booth not too far from the door. Our server came over pretty quickly and returned with our drinks somewhat quickly. We then put in our food orders but in the meantime I took a look around the restaurant. It wasn't filthy per se but it was a bit dark and could have been cleaner. The restaurant itself is also quite outdated. I understand this isn't an upscale restaurant but ambiance matters. It's too dark in my opinion. My food came out and my steak was quite tough. I don't to complain so I kept it as everything else was tasty. My lobster was very delicious. My mashed potatoes were perfect. Minus the steak, it was a great meal. The descending returns of a gimmick steakhouse. Love ordering a prime rib, lobster tail and baked potato to receive a prime rib with two baked potatoes. I was told it was an issue since I didn't want an extra side, I fear for the life of every consumer who goes to this restaurant because if there's a fire, they will most likely block the doors due to confusion. I watched a waitress go behind the bar to attempt to make drinks as the bartender had to rush back to explain to her how to make the drink on the menu in-front of her. When I pointed out I didn't receive my lobster tail and would like it removed from my check, it took a trip to see the manager to make such a feat happen. If the owner replies, I don't care, I'm not going back, your empty sorrys mean two words, pathetic management. Met friends out at the Beaufort, SC Outback for dinner and drinks. Everything was good and tasty. Evening was going smoothly. The hiccup came when we went to pay our individual bills. As reward members, each of us expected to have our points awarded to our accounts; but, it seemed as if my phone number was added to one of my companion's ticket and it went from there. While not a major issue, it was a slight aggravation. Imagine my surprise when the visiting manager, Lionel, immediately came to our table, engaged in conversation and rectified the situation. We recently moved to Baltimore and received a $20 gift certificate in the mail to visit this Outback so we figured we'd check it out. Unfortunately we forgot the gift certificate at home and will not be using it as we will never return. We came for lunch and drinks on a Friday afternoon, restaurant wasn't busy but you'd think it was packed with how terrible the service was. Our drinks took a long time to come out, we were given bread but took a while to get plates and that was only after we reminded our waiter we were still waiting on plates. 2 of us sat at a table that seats 4, half of our table had a pile of our empty glasses and plates that no one bothered to pick up the entire time we were there. My rare steak came out medium, my wife ordered a burger which she had to send back because they gave her a patty, bread and cheese on a big plate. They brought her a new one with lettuce, tomato and an absurd amount of mustard, she said all she could taste was the mustard. The last drink I ordered never came so we asked for the check at which point the waiter said he doesn't know what happened to my drink, we asked him to remove it from our check since we never got it and were ready to go. We arrived for an early dinner. Inside, the restaurant was quite warm on a warm day. We were seated at a table in the bar. When we asked the hostess to be seated in the dining room, she said they could not accommodate tables in the dining room because of lack of wait staff. We ordered 4 drinks and a bloomin' onion. The server that was originally supposed to be waiting on me came out to bring my food and complained that she had to many tables to wait on.
