I love Outback! But Service! lol....everyone at the bar was laughing at how bad it was! No silverware no menu's! If I was Outback I would shut this location down! It's awful....the bartender looked like she hated every customer unless you were black! All the customers at the bar were white! One guy was working the bar and he was awesome!! Before I ordered my 16oz prime rib (in hopes some of it would be rare) I asked the person to check with the chef if they had VERY Rare to go. I was told yes they had it rare so I ordered. However when I picked it up--It was medium to medium well. Dry..crust over seasoned, even my potato looked over cooked. So I paid $47+ 10 for server to bring my food to me. You should have the servers check to see what the hell they serving..most people can tell if something is rare or overcooked. Horrible Horrible!!! we waited for a seat for 30 minutes with over half of the seats in the restaurant available. I asked if they were short staffed and they said no everybody was here. The bar area had 10 seats available. However, plates and dishes were scattered everywhere making it unavailable. Server's name is Anija, looked after us attentively, but could use some refinement training concerning having ones fingers on the rim of the drink glass. We came back to give them another try this evening. It was busy, but they were managing everything well again. Dece was a very good server as well and there was quite a bit of teamwork in getting everything out. A couple of mishaps and misorders, but nothing major and the drinks were coming out this time. The wing appetizer was very good. The mushroom appetizer was a bit overcooked, but still edible. My wife ordered a sirloin (it was the French onion special one) and her steak came out rare and she ordered medium rare, but she was actually happy to have it. She really enjoyed her steak. I ordered the onion bourbon ribeye and I could only eat half of it. I ordered mine medium rare also and it came out medium. In their defense the manager asked if it was cooked to my liking and medium doesn't really bother me. So, technically, neither steak was actually cooked medium rare. The butter that came with the steak was just solid, but I had some sauteed mushrooms (that didn't initially arrive) that were hot and poured them over the onion and the butter and it melted down. We came back out tonight at Taylor's suggestion (she is a manager that contacted me about my last review). If I return I'll make sure to do another review. Overall it was a delicious meal. read more

Pretty good Outback location. I dined here last week for lunch and enjoyed my meal. The signature brown Outback bread is great for an appetizer. I got the Bloomin' Fried Chicken lunch-portion and was very pleasantly surprised with how good it was despite its unpleasant appearance. The "Big Bowl Salad" was very underwhelming though and just okay. Our server was very kind but didn't really come to our table a lot for refills or anything. It didn't seem super busy either. This one of the worst meals I have ever had in a public facility. The steak tasted so bad I had to dip it in the sauce in order to eat it. I had to send the initial plate back because it had cheese on the chicken and the baked potato. The representative reached down on my plate with her bare hands and took the potato and the chicken off of the plate and return them to the kitchen staff. This restaurant needs new management or to close. I will NEVER eat in this place again. I spent $82.00 for a the worst meal ever. Next time I have a celebration I'll go to Golden Corral at least the food is edible. read more

The steaks, potatos and salads and wine were excellent but the staff was definitely unsure of how to wait on tables and greet incoming guests. One table of people got up and left. The food, service and staff was very good. The only thing that was not good was the water and the soft drinks made with the water. They either need to put in new pipes or a water filter because the water is absolutely undrinkable. The servers got us soft drinks but same taste even tried with no ice but same result. It has a terrible sulfur taste. Maybe water filters would help. Other than that it was a great meal. read more

Multi level failure. Tim-tam cake was a plain brownie. Cheesecake was missing the raspberry sauce. Sweet potato was supposed to have all the trimmings and only had butter. We arrived and immediately seated. It was 6:30 and the place didn't have many clientele. Shanna came over and took our drink and appetizer order. We chose the bloomin' onion with extra sauce. Because of past experience we held off ordering our entree until our appetizer arrived. If you order all at one time even though the bloomin onion should be served first with some time allowed to eat most of it. They Weill arrive at the same time or with very little time between. It's best to order your drinks and appetizer and after it comes order your entree. We enjoyed our onion while Shanna checked on us and we made our entree order. Service was ridiculous. It was very apparent that we needed more than one box. We had to ask not once, twice but 3 times for more boxes.

Our waiter Austin provided one of the most exceptional services we've had. Our last visit was not good and the service was of low quality along with the food but we gave it another try and he really outdid himself. Very methodical and friendly. We didn't have to ask for anything he gave us everything we needed and made sure the food tasted perfect for us. Job well done. No servers had any positive body language at all, very irritated. Get seated, takes forever for server to arrive. Took order for apps. Cheese fries came 20 minutes later and were raw and greasy, sent them back. Entrees came separately. Filet was way overcooked and other entrees were dry and below average. Well social distancing doesn't work if you keep one side of restaurant empty and then sit people on other side back to back LOL. Waited on appetizers 45 min (very few people in the whole place so no-one was swamped) on dinner over and hour and Shrimp weren't with Steak but brought after husband finished steak fries were brought after as well as being very unappetizing looked like old ones scrapped from bottom. I drove from Minnesota to Albany, GA and decided I would have dinner at the local Outback Steakhouse because their service is absolutely great in Minnesota. The experience was less than desirable. I had to ask the hostess when my table would be ready after a 30 minute wait. My server needs to choose a different career, it took 20 minutes to get extra butter and sour cream, my potato was cold by then, he was too busy socializing with other folks. I asked the bartended to make a certain cocktail and told him how to make it. Should have been a challenge to him, he gave me a shot of vodka with nothing I asked for. After talking with the manager, she apologizes without any compensation, probably because she knows I will never be back to frequent this place. I don't recommend the catering place an order for 25 people a week ago and sent the final order on Wednesday, Dec. 7 to be picked up on Friday, Dec. 9 at 11:30am for a Christmas lunch at work. Luncheon was scheduled for 12:00pm Got there at 11:32 and didn't get the order until 12:00pm and I work 20 minutes away. (Also, nobody came to the car. I called to let them know I was there after waiting 10 minutes still nobody came out. Then I went into the restaurant 10 minutes after that to check on the order. I get it is a busy time of year. (If you can't do the orders just let people know when you call) But got back to work and not enough utensil, not every salad had dressing, no mustard and ketchup for the burgers and one order didn't have fries. I sent a spreadsheet on Wednesday with names and what each person wanted. Just a bit upset and will probably not use Outback for our catering anymore. read more
