I had him out today to re-key my new entry door handset and, as it turned out, my new unit was not compatible with the rest of the key cylinders in my house. Eli told me how to troubleshoot this with the manufacturer of my new unit and adjusted the frame plate, which allowed the dead bolt to function better. He also noted my an internal latch was weak and if he found a part he would call me. I thought probably he was just commenting and wasn't really going to do any follow up.
