I had him out today to re-key my new entry door handset and, as it turned out, my new unit was not compatible with the rest of the key cylinders in my house. Eli told me how to troubleshoot this with the manufacturer of my new unit and adjusted the frame plate, which allowed the dead bolt to function better. My sliding glass patio door lock broke, and I called a number of locksmiths to find someone who would do a good job at a reasonable price. "Eli" at Out Lock was the best! In addition, since I work, I needed him to come out during my lunch hour, and I was able to wait a few days for him to come out.
