If you like a dive bar, this is the place! It is very small and the women's bathroom leaves a lot to be desired. The crowd is so random but at times a little scary. I have to say the bartenders I have encountered lately have been great! Sometimes they can be a little distracted by friends but for the most part they provide what a dive should provide. Who's place? Meets all the basic requirements for a dive bar. Bonuses include pool tables and dart boards. You can usually get a spot to play some pool with someone on any given night. Fridays and Saturdays are a bit busier. There is parking which, as the sun goes down, slowly fills with cars as regulars fill the bar. There is some stools strewn about for seating and a couple pool tables and dart boards around. It's still hard to get away from the smoking regardless of where you go, even outside. The TV has bingo or some other random non important video going on when there is not a game that is on. They are usually friendly with the alcohol which I tend to like in my drinks. They have a decent variety of the popular types and brands. No real selection of premiums that are rare but they have a larger variety then you might expect. The bar keeps are friendly and know their drinks, if they don't they can make it for you if you tell them what it has. The patrons usually keep to themselves although weekends bring in rowdy types. You would not be surprised to see a fight get taken to the streets. +It has a better then average variety of alcohol and the prices are cheap; there are games (pool, darts) -The patrons and smoke will encourage you to seek elsewhere to drink read more

Stumbled into this place after finding myself in the area and in need of a thirst-quenching beverage. I wasn't expecting much but got a lot! The place was dope! Before I knew it i was slugging down shots with some new friends at the bar and discussing life, loves and everything that happens in between. One of the best local dive bars around. Bartenders are awesome, drinks are good, and the regulars are very welcoming. The crowd ranges in age from mid 20s to 70ish. They have an electronic dart board, pool table, touch tune jukebox, and karaoke on Wednesdays. Often times they will have a party or pot luck and feed everyone which is nice if you have been drinking. The negative is it's always hot, sometimes so much so that it's uncomfortable for customers not to mention the poor bartenders they must be miserable. Occasionally they run out of certain alcohols or the beer isn't as cold as we would like. However the good people & vibe far outweighs the negative. It's a dive. What can you expect? I've been frequenting this place over the span of a year and a half. It was great and then they lost their best bartender, Jonas. Now it's hard to get service without feeling like I'm unwelcome because I'm a girl and the girl that works on Saturday nights just wants to show her boobs. I gave her 3 chances and am still not impressed. Music is way way way too loud for the small space. Bathrooms are worse than a gas station. Stiff drinks when you are a guy. read more

I was in the area visiting some family and my cousins took us here after telling us what a cool spot it was. Was not disappointed. Its a nice place to just hang out and have some drinks. Its not a high end club or some fancy hotel bar. Its what I consider a traditional bar! you go here, hang out with friends, drink and be merry! Straight to the point. The bartender was great, fast and very friendly. Happy hour is great and mixed drinks were good, not overpriced. Next time I am in the area we will be stopping by for sure. read more

Stumbled upon this place one night as I was driving around. It was surprisingly nice, atmosphere was cool and the crowd was a nice mix. Typical dive bar scene, friendly bartenders and a cool jukebox. Had a chicken sandwich to eat as well and it was great. Our Place doesn't have a whole lot of competition in the area, but it does seem like they make the effort to be a quality place. I have been going to Our Place for the last 5 years or so. It is a typical dive bar with a pool table and dart board. Great internet jukebox. Bartenders, Kaylah and Desire are the best! Very friendly and knowledgeable of drink concoctions. Some of the patrons get a bit scary at times but the bartenders put them in there place when necessary to keep customers comfortable and the bar under control. New management has revamped the place over the last year, which is a great improvement but still needs continued TLC. It still has the sent of urine and men hesitate going to the restroom in the men's bathroom due to the smell. Other than that it is a great place to hang and have a drink. read more

Can't write a review without at least one star, this place would be 1/2 just because it has doors. When I walk into a place that has NO good vibes and only has six people in it I would guess the bartender would be there to serve a drink. After I walked in I had to sit there listening to her act out a small insignificant portion of her pathetic life to her 'girls'. One of them even said to her "I think he wants a drink" , but she had to finish the really good part which was boring as hell, even more so without a drink in my hand. Bartender Michelle during the day on weekends is absolutely awful!!! Sits and either hangs all over her boyfriend or plays pool with him all day. I went in this last weekend on Sunday and Monday and had to wait until it was convenient for her to serve me a drink. Only plus was the appetizer meatballs which were FREE. read more

My friend moved out to the boondocks recently and I was visiting him one evening. We were driving around exploring the vicinity and we happened upon this place, or actually, "Our Place". You just can't miss the large sign and even larger martini glass painted on the wall outside. It has that unmistakable look of a typical dive bar with its blocked windows and large sand box ashtrays. Well, we ventured inside and were greeted by a friendly, and I must say, very buxom bartender. She made us feel welcome and, probably inspired by the martini painted outside, I ordered a cosmo, which I thought may be a bit posh for this place. No problem, she whipped one up, it was a good stiff one, so we sat and began to absorb the alcohol and the atmosphere. What you see is what you get here, but it's clean and has a full bar and a basic pub menu. It's definitely your local neighborhood joint with the pool tables, internet juke box and a motley crew of hard drinkers and tattooed girls. But the people were friendly and we didn't feel like we were outsiders at all. This place is a bit rough around the edges but has a good vibe and we felt quite at home. We shared a burger which was actually surprisingly good. The drinks were stiff and relatively cheap. You get what you pay for here! This is a great place if you want to just kick back for a while with no airs and graces. We will visit here again. read more

I agree with Barry B. 1000%! I went into Our Place this last weekend during the day to watch a couple of football games and was basically ignored by the bartender Michelle. I'm not a regular and never plan to be but when the bartender spends more time on the customers side of the bar than behind it there is something seriously wrong.......I actually thought the real bartender was on break and she was just filling in. i visit this bar fequently and rarely have an issue.but sat night i went wth my wife to have a few drinks with a couple friends.it was the worst experience ive ever had at our place.the bartender wasnt the usual saturday night bartender.it was a girl named michelle who insited on being rude and clomplained in the form of snapping at us about how hungover she was from the night before.my wife and i had two drinks each then ordered a third.that is when the barkeep/michelle decided to take things to a whole new level.she walked away i assumed to get our drinks only to find that much to our disatisfaction she was tending to oher people at the bar(her friends)then she decided to jump on her facebook page.when i tried to get her attention she ignored me and went on to serve others.when i finally got her to acknowlege me she gave us a nasty facial expression and very rudely stated in a nasty voice excuse me ill be with you in just a minute.to wich my wife replied excuse me but i ordered a drink ten minutes ago .the barkeep continued to snap at my wife saying it hasnt been no ten minutes.so my wife told her ok im soory maybe five minutes.to wich michelle the barkeep replied well i dont have to serve you with that attitude.my wife simply replied to michelles attitude with much deserved attitude.i dont know whats going on with the management at this place but i do know how unprofessional it is to allow your bartenders to serve people with such a horrible demeanor just because she decided to come to work hungover.just a suggestion to the management of our place.dont hire alcoholics to serve alcohol especialy if they are going to show up to hungover to perform their job duties properly.it is not the fault of the consumer/patron that the employee of the establishment is having a bad day or drank too much booze the night before.
