I've loved for…read more21-years, that had so much road rash chips and dents on the hood from Arizona's rocky desert roads; and the bumper was just a disaster. Peppered way beyond regular paint correction. Walt gave me a fair estimate upfront, quoted me the time, and stuck to it; during the process came back and offered a few optional treatments/fixes as they discovered them, with reasonable costs as well, which I took him up on, such as a full PPF coding of the hood and the bumper, as well as replacing some of the parts such as the emblem and the Grill, all of his updates were reasonable, his costs on target. With the final product I don't think I could be happier. I love how it looks. It is flawless. Luckily the fenders and the rest of the body only had a few minor dents his team easily repaired, but they didn't need the repainting and resurfacing that the hood and the bumper needed. I will bring all my future paint and auto bodywork here.

I called Tony and sent piccs and got an estimate right away, and even in these Covid19 times, got scheduled within only a few days. He was right on time on the day and explained on how the job would go. He cured two planned dents and one small one I didn't notice, on-the-house. It took the full hour and it sounded like it was a good workout for Tony. Very physical work. I'm super grateful he could get the dents out and, even though he said it wouldn't look perfect afterwards, I think it does. Two thumbs way up. So something did happen.....and the Arnold's team responded beautifully! Although this van had low mileage, it is 9 years old....it looked showroom new. STILL had a bit of that new car smell. Based on the CarFax it may have been in a fleet of private rental vehicles, but wasn't driven much so sitting dormant may have contributed to the gas pump issue that popped up about two weeks or so after we bought it. The Arnold's service team inspected it, made the correct diagnosis and very quickly had me back sporting around in our new van. So grateful that we chose to partner with Arnold's for this vehicle purchase. Will go here first whenever we need another car!

I got the price on the cover and I got the price on the whole truck too, and I went with the whole truck price they did an amazing job and a amazing price. They out did their self and they repaired things that weren't included in the quote and did not charge me anymore. Repaired 3 dents, gave me new tail lights, and tinted my windows. I was totally amazed when I finally saw my truck. They broke a piece of molding on my inside door latch but they are working on finding the piece to repair it.
