The main office rented me a space over the phone, gave me a unit #, had me electronically sign a lease and I was all set. I went the same evening and put stuff (in the storage unit I was given) which were items that were in the house belonging to my parents, who had recently passed. The next time I went my lock was gone as were most of the items. A man on the premises said he was told it wasn't rented and to clear it out. He had my mom's collector plates in his apt on site, a hydraulic tire jack and insisted that he had thrown a new sewing machine in the dumpster. We found one item on marketplace and my parents' pictures and papers in the dumpster. When I called the office one agent said they could easily see that I was originally given the unit I was in, but the lease had another unit# on it that doesn't even exist out there. I was told by mgmt that I signoed that lease with the other (non-existent) unit # on it ,so it was my fault! There were many other Qaeda nice things in the dumpster. They do not try to find owners, nor do they contact charitable organizations to have gordffree euod items recycled. If you rent there, read the lease thoroughly, as you're waiving some rights and agreeing to not put collectable items in there. I think it's a racket that is set-up to get your stuff and the guy onsite can help himself to it and sell it. read more
