Upon arrival, I walked up to the counter and I was taken care of fairly quick. Signed, sealed, delivered and I was on my way with the 10' U-Haul truck I needed for 24 hours. It was too easy. Truck was clean and spacious enough for us to move all of our stuff. Make sure you are aware of when you place your order that it starts at $19.95 and it can go up from there pretty quick because they charge mileage. Even though you are quoted a price, when you pick-up that price could change, when you drop off the truck just depending on how much you drove with it. Though I do not prefer this pick-up location, it was easier than the other location I picked up before because this is an official U-Haul store. Need boxes, packing tape and other moving accessories, they have them here. I ended up renting a handtruck with my order, which was extremely helpful in the moving process. The customer service was quite professional and I was so glad that I ended up using this location. I highly recommend this location.

She sent me an estimate. I told them I would not be moving for several weeks to a month. They then proceeded to constantly send texts and emails, reminding me that I would have to pay a deposit. Finally, I answered one of their many calls to my phone and reminded them that I did not have a move date yet and that I was very aware that they require a deposit. Then, the next day, I get an email from them saying "oops, we sent you the wrong estimate." She stated that the quote she gave me was for a local move ($1,840/$2,070). She made a mistake and should have done it as a move to Metairie. The quote was now $2,860/$3,080. WHAT?? How unprofessional can you get??? Several years ago, TMAAT had contacted me about doing a fundraiser for an animal rescue I am with. THEY contacted me. We were all very excited. Then they basically ghosted us, never called us back, didn't return our calls. I was not going use them for my move, but I thought I'd give them another chance. My initial impression of them (unprofessional, unreliable) turned out to be accurate. How this company stays in business is beyond me.
