No way to get in contact with the owner or some form of management. Shady, crooked business practices. Their insurance still hasn't got back in touch with me. All around shady. I have never even seen a piece of trash in the hallways of the storage unit. They have plenty of carts to transport your stuff and door stops, so there aren't any obstacles in your way. I have one of the smaller units, and I think it is perfect size for what I need it for. I always pull right up to the door, I go after hours, unload or pack up and never have any problems. The one thing I don't like, is that the big trash can is outside and hidden... I had to really look for it. I have lots of extra boxes that I don't want and it is a hassle to walk all the way to the corner of the parking to take those to the trash. Other than that, great place!

And I told her she should move things out and put them in a backyard. it turned out Storage wasn't even there anymore. She hadn't been there in three years.... But her unit had been broken into because it was no longer her Storage. A person moving Out said that many of the units have been broken into. you can actually look from an adjacent unit on many of these storage units and see into the one next to you.
