Which it did. We took it back to our apartment and loaded half of the van. Took a break and came back, took our moving wagon out and there were roaches crawling in them. We shook it out and 3 fell out. Opened the back doors and saw one crawling on the tv box. We had to take out the tv box and remove the contents inside to make sure there weren't any inside. Another was crawling around on the bookshelf. It was so disappointing and disgusting.

I have never even seen a piece of trash in the hallways of the storage unit. They have plenty of carts to transport your stuff and door stops, so there aren't any obstacles in your way. I have one of the smaller units, and I think it is perfect size for what I need it for. I always pull right up to the door, I go after hours, unload or pack up and never have any problems. The one thing I don't like, is that the big trash can is outside and hidden... I had to really look for it. I have lots of extra boxes that I don't want and it is a hassle to walk all the way to the corner of the parking to take those to the trash. Other than that, great place!
