beware and do not lease space here my sister has had a storage there for a number of years.... from her days at Southern University, where she's had a track scholarship. At one time, it was a great place to be., it's become worse yearly... I had no idea she was being charged so much ... they're more than doubled her rate
they've been a number of units who have been broken into ... they have raised the rates for people who have been there many years to well above what their current rates are... I had no idea my sister was paying so much to rent a space ... she was actually paying considerably more than people who had just moved in Baton Rouge isn't expanding as it once had been ... ... and rental spaces can be very cheap. Red And Blue Storage had literally doubled her rates.... I had no idea how much she was paying until I came to her Earth Day party. And I told her she should move things out and put them in a backyard. it turned out Storage wasn't even there anymore. She hadn't been there in three years.... But her unit had been broken into because it was no longer her Storage. A person moving Out said that many of the units have been broken into. you can actually look from an adjacent unit on many of these storage units and see into the one next to you. How long has she been paying for a unit that was no longer her's. . ⁉. There's no way of telling. But you should check periodically if you're not in that town. She was less than 200 miles away. I'm not sure why she didn't check it more often... I guess she figured she did read more
