I didn't get a receipt. Obviously, LaWanda never scanned the package. She took it and put it aside. By Monday 6/8/26 the manufacturer knew since he owns the Fed Ex account that the package had not been scanned. He had initiated the label so he could see it was not logged into a track number which was in delivery. I went to Siegen Lane 6/9/26 and spoke to La Wanda. She would not reply to why the package had never been scanned. She said aNew driver had picked it up. She called " over there". wherever that is and inquired. She told me to keep calling back. Then, I spoke to the manager ,Susan many times over the next week. I met her. She claimed she went thru all of the store videos for 6/5/26and 6/6/26 and I was not on them. I finally gave up. On 6/ 20/26, 12 days later, the box with the dress was delivered to my home by a driver from Express.com. Inside the box was the expensive dress, and orginal shipping label and a letter from a company, Express.com stating that the packGe could not be delivered. I am filing this complaint due to the unacceptable handling of my package and the lack of…read moreaccountability by FedEx. My package was originally scheduled for delivery by July 26, 2026. According to the tracking history, FedEx allowed my package to remain at the StockX warehouse from July 22 through July 27 before it finally began moving through the network. Even after that, I still did not receive my package between July 27 and July 31, as promised. On August 1, I contacted FedEx Customer Service multiple times because I observed the delivery vehicle in my area throughout the day, yet my package was never delivered. The delivery driver is Alanna. Later that evening, at approximately 9:30 p.m., the tracking was updated with a delivery exception stating that the "customer was not available." This statement is false. The delivery address is a residential home, and someone was available to receive the package. No delivery attempt was made, no door tag was left, and no one knocked or rang the doorbell. After this update appeared, the tracking information also displayed a blurry photo that does not clearly show my residence or prove that a delivery attempt occurred. This raises serious concerns about what happened to my package. Based on these events, I believe FedEx failed to properly handle my shipment. Given the false delivery exception and the questionable proof of delivery, I am concerned that my package may have been lost or mishandled during delivery. I ordered this item nearly a month ago and have experienced repeated delays, inaccurate tracking information, and poor customer service. As a customer, I expect honest communication and reliable delivery service. Instead, I have been left without my package and without meaningful assistance from FedEx.

Neopost's competitiveness and customer service is what takes the cake. The owners (married couple) freely share their personal numbers and answer their cell phones 24/7 (including holidays, LSU games, and hurricanes). That deserves 5 stars by itself. In a shocking and somewhat suicidal behavior, they will also stand up to corporate headquarters on their customer's behalf if they deem it to be appropriate. That's a little more than food-for-thought for the next time your lease comes up.
