While I was in line, I had an employee ask what services I needed to make sure I was standing in the correct line, which I appreciate. Apparently, if you have an Amazon return, that is a different process in a different line in the store. When I got up to the counter, the employee was very nice and helpful. I was up against a deadline and emailed him two files way past what a reasonable deadline would be. When I stopped by the next day to check progress, I discovered I had sent the files to the wrong address! I quickly resent them and one was incorrectly formatted. My hair was on fire, but they didn't break a sweat. Scott reformatted them, did a beautiful job and had the push cards ready within hours. So now we have a new printer! He went the extra mile to make my project look so good. I've had so many compliments on my book, though I know Scott deserves some of the credit for making it look so professional. I imagine my job was very small compared to some of the jobs he does, but he made me feel as though I was an important customer. He's a great businessman and a very good person.
