They took huge chunks out of the Sheetrock in the walls & scratched up several pieces of furniture that were in perfect condition before. Drug furniture across wood floors. Our platform beds were not properly reassembled and all bolts were not put back in. Ended up costing almost $1000 more than quote. Plus they added a $300 truck fee which was never discussed or in the initial quote. I paid it with the chaos of moving. Addressed everything with owner next day, sending pictures of damaged walls etc. never heard back from them again! I wasn't asking for them to pay for any repairs or anything but an apology would have been nice. I wouldn't recommend if you value your property.
