Went here to pick up family reunion T-shirts which we ordered over the phone and sent proposed…read moredesign via email. They were fairly easy to deal with I must say. Upon entering the shop it was apparent they do more than just T-shirts. Anything that you want printed/personalized they can do it, and I do mean anything. Initially they let us know there was an issue with the print on the shirt and the print screen wouldn't take to the shirt. However when we arrived and saw the shirt in person they looked really good. We paid and they asked us to pull around back and they would load the three large boxes in for us. So we pulled around and a guy with a hand truck rolls the boxes up and puts them in the back and we drove off and never looked at the shirts in the boxes since she had showed us what we thought was the final shirt (BIG MISTAKE) not checking. When we got back to Family Reunion Headquarters we opened up the boxes to do inventory count to ensure the quantity was correct we noticed the shirts in the box were a much lighter green than the one she showed us in the store prior to paying. This shirt has to be 2-3 shades lighter. I'm not sure if they had to switch to the lighter green so that it would hold the print better which may have been the cause of the problems they informed us of a few weeks ago but we certainly didn't get what we were shown nor paid for. It would have been better if they had shown us the shirts in the box vs the bright pretty green one then open a box with a pale dull green. Also we would have completely understood them saying we know you ordered this green however it didn't hold the print so we had to switch to this green because it held the colors best. But to completely switch shirts with no explanation and to deceitfully not inform us was just wrong, and with only two days to go before the reunion there's really not much we can do at this point but pass out the shirts and enjoy time with the family. Just have to add that this was NOT totally their fault as it turns out someone from the family called and changed the color of the shirt without informing us nor did the business alert us of this when picking up the shirts. The fact remains the business showed us a different shirt than what we received. I can't fault them completely but the lack of communication definitely caused a problem here on all parts.

I got it scheduled! The delivery guys were jerks. They put black jelly grease on the head of my bed frame. It wasn't there until one came back in and did it. The sofa as supposed to have Wooden legs but had plastic. The frame and seating support was by no means what they said at sale time. The mattress had a tare in it from them dragging it to bring it in. I did not bother to take it back. The owner lived down the street from me-if you get my drift so I donated the furniture. Do yourself a favor and ignore the reviews here. I tell the truth.

I did sign the waiver, thinking this was just insurance on their part, that they would be delicate with the dress. When I went pick it up, the sleeve was jacked up, not and quite a bit of the beads were missing, leaving the dress unhemmed in certain areas. To say I was disappointed was an understatement! Just because I signed a waiver didnt mean they could just handle the dress horribly! Management told me "you signed a waiver". He didnt even offer to fix the sleeve.....

This was by far the worst job experience I've ever had. I worked here every single day from 7:30am…read moreto 5pm making only $8/hour, and even then my paychecks were regularly three days late. If I arrived early, I wasn't allowed to clock in until 8, and if I stayed past 5, I had to clock out at 5 anyway--so the extra time I worked meant nothing. When I finally called off one day because of a family emergency, my boss screamed at me, cursed at me, and even threatened me instead of showing any basic respect. He told me to "stay put" while he came to snatch the work keys and throw my check at me. That's how this business treats its employees--no compassion, no professionalism, and no respect. If you value fair treatment and timely pay, stay far away from this place.
