When I went pick it up, the sleeve was jacked up, not and quite a bit of the beads were missing, leaving the dress unhemmed in certain areas. To say I was disappointed was an understatement! Just because I signed a waiver didnt mean they could just handle the dress horribly! Management told me "you signed a waiver". He didnt even offer to fix the sleeve.....
