This was by far the worst job experience I've ever had. I worked here every single day from 7:30am…read moreto 5pm making only $8/hour, and even then my paychecks were regularly three days late. If I arrived early, I wasn't allowed to clock in until 8, and if I stayed past 5, I had to clock out at 5 anyway--so the extra time I worked meant nothing. When I finally called off one day because of a family emergency, my boss screamed at me, cursed at me, and even threatened me instead of showing any basic respect. He told me to "stay put" while he came to snatch the work keys and throw my check at me. That's how this business treats its employees--no compassion, no professionalism, and no respect. If you value fair treatment and timely pay, stay far away from this place.

The woman behind the counter not only is pleasant and helpful, but friendly, and the reason that many customers, like me, are so loyal and keep coming back. The service at the counter is always friendly and they do have Saturday morning hours if you can't make it during the week. The biggest reason for my update and downgrade from 4 stars to 3 stars is the pricing. The pricing is to a point to where I take in a few shirts and a pair of slacks and it's $30. Crazy. I remember when it was more like $1.50 a shirt and now it's over $3.00. I've started buying more clothes that don't need dry cleaning as a result of their increases. I might even open up my own dry cleaning since they are making a killing. Overall they do a good job but the cost is limiting my business here. Enjoy!
