The customer support line that just connects you with an agent who can do nothing but ask you for your info & leave a message for "someone" to call you back "eventually" from some "unknown number." Second time around I went to pick up the dress and it is still dirty. The hemline still looks the same. At this point I would like to just take my garment to another cleaner that I know would probably take better care of it. She tells me it's $150 because it's a wedding dress and because it has excessive fabric. I never said that this was a wedding dress, it is a white evening gown. It is nowhere near large with tool or excessive fabric. It's not even double lined. They assumed because it was floor length and white that it was a wedding dress so they charged me an additional wedding dress charge. Not once was I told of this additional charge or that it would be added, nor was I told at the pick up of my husband suit that the price points were drastically different. I've now paid $150 for a dirty dress. Do not go here. Do not waste your money. go local where they care about the work that they do and they care about the product and the service that they provide.
