And that's when we got into a disagreement: he said he's going to charge me $20 dollars because I wasted his time... and so I replied, "you performed no services, why are you charging me money and not giving me a full refund?" I got my money back after Mario wasted an hour of my time, because he didn't want to issue me a full refund, for a service he did not perform.
