And that's when we got into a disagreement: he said he's going to charge me $20 dollars because I wasted his time... and so I replied, "you performed no services, why are you charging me money and not giving me a full refund?" "Because you're wasting my time." After 30 minutes he reluctantly says he'll ONLY take 10.... Anyways long story short. I got my money back after Mario wasted an hour of my time, because he didn't want to issue me a full refund, for a service he did not perform.

She was pleasant and told me that it would not be a problem and that she would take care of it. We set up a time for the next day, and we showed up. She welcomed us with open arms and had my daughter try on the dress and from there took her measurements and scheduled us to come back the next day for another fitting and to pick up the dress. She also had to adjust her heels and apply elastic to the back of the strap. I would highly recommend Ms. Edna, the next time you're looking to get your alterations done.
