We fell in love with the set but, how to get it home? We live in Olympia, WA. Once we returned home, my husband began investigating shipping companies and found Baton Rouge Packaging & Shipping. He contacted them and explained what we were after. They drove to the Antique Mall to check out the table. We purchased the table and chairs and BRP drove back to the antique mall to get the table and chairs. The product arrived without a scratch!!! Their attentive care in packaging our new table was amazing. The crate arrived in excellent condition and the table/chairs were secured inside the crate and everything was in mint condition. I highly recommend this company for your shipping needs. They exceeded my expectations! THANK YOU GENTLEMEN.

Was given quote for 4 guys, only had 3 show which took 2 hours longer than 6 hours quoted but was also charged for an extra 3rd hour, which they took an hour lunch. They took huge chunks out of the Sheetrock in the walls & scratched up several pieces of furniture that were in perfect condition before. Drug furniture across wood floors. Our platform beds were not properly reassembled and all bolts were not put back in. Ended up costing almost $1000 more than quote. Plus they added a $300 truck fee which was never discussed or in the initial quote. I paid it with the chaos of moving. Addressed everything with owner next day, sending pictures of damaged walls etc. never heard back from them again! I wasn't asking for them to pay for any repairs or anything but an apology would have been nice. I wouldn't recommend if you value your property.

Renters beware if you decide to stay longterm w/ SROA:…read more Everything here are the facts: - Renters Beware: Massive Price Hikes for Long-Term Customers at Storage Rentals of America (SROA)I've been a loyal customer at this SROA facility for over 13 years, always paying on time--never once late or missed a payment. - My 10x10 climate-controlled unit started at just $49.95/month (while new customers now get introductory rates around $89).Over the years, the facility has changed ownership multiple times. When one issue arose--a ruined couch due to water damage--SROA blamed the previous owner and offered no resolution or compensation. - This week, I received a bill for $377, a huge jump from the $273 I'd been paying for many months prior. Unacceptable for such a drastic increase. When I asked to speak with the manager, I was told "the DM were out of town." After spending well over $10,000 with them over the years, this feels like a complete lack of appreciation for long-term customers. I'm moving out this weekend and plan to report this to the BBB. If you're considering long-term storage, think twice--new renters get deals while existing ones face unpredictable and exorbitant rate increases. Good luck!

The only odd thing I experienced was that I booked for one location, but it got changed to another location. Thankfully, it wasn't too far and I was still able to get to it in a timely manner and still end up at the next location I needed to be at. Upon arrival, I walked up to the counter and I was taken care of fairly quick. Signed, sealed, delivered and I was on my way with the 10' U-Haul truck I needed for 24 hours. It was too easy. Truck was clean and spacious enough for us to move all of our stuff. Make sure you are aware of when you place your order that it starts at $19.95 and it can go up from there pretty quick because they charge mileage. Even though you are quoted a price, when you pick-up that price could change, when you drop off the truck just depending on how much you drove with it. Though I do not prefer this pick-up location, it was easier than the other location I picked up before because this is an official U-Haul store. Need boxes, packing tape and other moving accessories, they have them here. I ended up renting a handtruck with my order, which was extremely helpful in the moving process. The customer service was quite professional and I was so glad that I ended up using this location. I highly recommend this location.
