    NEW ADDRESS
    Jen R.

We went there to get some info for a wet suit. Cricket was informative and very professional. The address is 201 Hoffman Avenue, she moved into a grey building. We heard a lot of good things about the business. It is a small office crammed with suits and stuff. She makes custom wet suits. She didn't put any pressure on us to buy and was very accommodating. Cricket got our measurements and we will pick them up in about 3 to 4 weeks. We spent a lot but it's our last suit and it will fit like a glove. Will let you know how it turns out when we get it.

Patagonia Yulex wetsuit tailored with new zipper

Thank you to Cricket, who tailored my Patagonia Yulex wetsuit and added a front zipper. Since I am allergic to latex and rubber products, I had thought I was not able to swim in cold water. Yulex is made differently and does not stretch as much but is so comfortable. The matching jacket will be needed in colder waters and also fits perfectly! A whole new world has opened up for me to give me a reason to keep training in a pool. Thank you Cricket!! We need more artisans like you!

There's plenty bike paths to ride on n the bikes actually go pretty fast - i haven't been on a bike in Lord knos how long but once I got going, I ws goooinggg! It ws so much fun n Robbie n Isaiah ws so helpful with the process. Mad Dog also has a coffee shop in Carmel which we gon haveta come bk for but we are dEf coming bk! Easy 5 starz from me, my husby n our senior doOgie - fun for everyone n a great way to get around the local spots! Thanks Robbie, Isaiah n Mad Dog for being one of our greatest highlights on this trip!!!

We had a fantastic time with Cathy on our tour of Carmel by the Sea. They have a few different…read moretours so make sure you know which one you booked as all start from the same place and (from what I could tell...) same time. Cathy actually texted me the night before to introduce herself and provide a few instructions and tips. A key tip is bring water and a small back pack or fanny pack to put the bottle in. The bikes don't all have baskets and the baskets don't hold things very well. So you might also bring a small bungee cord to keep things "in the basket" should you get a bike with a basket. Check in was a breeze. The most "difficult" part of the whole tour was finding helmets that fit and sizing the bike seats There were 6 in our tour. We left right on time at 10 and got back at 12:45. We stopped multiple times for photo ops and to look at different properties. We even got to walk through the La Playa hotel which is a beautiful property! I loved seeing and learning about the Comstock homes and the fact that the homes in Carmel by the Sea do not have street addresses. (They will soon as a new reg has passed that every property now needs a proper address... Not just a name.) All in all, I had a wonderful time and enjoyed the tour very much. I don't ride bikes often anymore as an adult and this was the first time riding an E-Bike. The learning curve is easy once you know the difference between Eco, Sport and Turbo. I enjoyed it and it made the tour almost effortless. Highly recommend Mad Dogs! Note....the coffee shop is just up around the corner. You cannot access it directly from the bike shop.
