The staff was friendly and knew their stuff. They mentioned the menu rotates often, so what's on today might not be there next time. Small batch, small menu, but worth it. The truck was set up at the brewery, so there's plenty of seating--inside, shaded, or in the sun--and drinks come from the brewery itself. We ordered online, and despite a little delay (technology) we got our food fairly fast! The truck staff was very kind and helpful in resolving any issues. The burger came out and was the definition of ugly delicious. Generous with the meat and cheese, a touch under-seasoned, but the sauce on top really made everything pop. I'd give it a 3.5/5 overall. The fries here are some of my favorite. Particularly as they use beef tallow to fry them, and I can pretend they are somewhat less unhealthy. The fries are super crispy and extra salty and really just fantastic. Definitely worthwhile checking this place out! The outdoor seating canopied with trees really makes the vibes, and the people watching is top notch. We'll be back :)
