I purchased the Harmony Firm with the old mattress as the discount towards the new one. Hence the name of the business. I hope to keep having good Karma with this business because commercial mattress prices are quite horrific but You won't be able to swap those out for a discount either unless you paid the warranty. They had a nice large selection there and I loved some of the beds and instead of having frames they had a really cool thing that you just put your mattress on top of where you don't need a boxspring, and then there's plenty of room to put stuff underneath your bed. I would not mind getting one of those for the future. The prices were very reasonable. The employee, taking care of us, was very nice and willing to explain every little thing, and repeat himself over again, when my mother did not hear him, or could not hear him. We did not look at tag on mattress. Both my husband and I have orthopedic implants. Finally about 45 days or more after feeling this mattress was too soft, but coming off a a 15 year old one was confusing we looked at tag said plush. Returned to store, they first said we could exchange it but then they stalled and back tracked said we waited too long. apparently noted in our file we were fine with it. Each year gets softer more saggy till 2 1/2 years later we had enough. The bed was covered and still looks perfect to eye with no one on it so warrantee not in effect .The salesman first told us if we choose new bed he match the $1599 we paid but when went in to purchase then said take only $200 off making our costs way too high. Do not trust them and convinced their stuff made special for store of inferior quality,. We plan to give the bed away too nice throw away but need to repurchase. If need cheap bed for kid or guest room they probably fine, but not master bed. unless plan keep it for short time. Seen many reviews since similiar our experience delivered wrong bed, not honor sleep guarantee and manufacturer warrantee no on ever gets on any bed they big joke.

I went in (i live 30 min away mind you) for them to tell me that they dont have the mattress in stock. i was upset but was assured the mattress would come in soon. I called back many time in the upcoming weeks to see if the mattress came, they kept telling me its on some random truck, which they could not get in contact with because the trucking company has no phone number... only an email and they werent getting a response from the truck company. now its been a month, and i have no mattress but they want me to pay for the mattress... I was then told i could come in, get a 10 inch mattress of the same brand and they would throw in a "free" box spring. i again drove 30 minutes to this place and they forgot to inform me that the 10 inch mattress was not the same softness as the one i originally ordered. i ask for corporate numver, they tell me there is no corporate number. i ask for an email, they said they cant give me an email bc that email they use is for employees only.... what the hell bro. They tell me i should go online and submit an inquiry about my frustrations . I then ask for a refund. they say they will keep 50$ of my refund because i had the product on layaway. im very confused as to why they would withhold 50$ if they themselves dont even have the product!!! Stay with me... then to process my refund i used three different cards when i came in to make my payments. he told me that each card had to be on hond so he can process each individual transaction to each individual card. one of them i dont have because it expired and overall to process individual refunds is extremely inconvenient. They didn't have many mattress sets in our price range, (we were trying to stay around $500ish for a queen set) and the ones that were, were kept in a back room, with only twins available to lay on. 2. The prices were unclear. They were labeled but the sales associate kept implying they would be on sale (for an undisclosed amount) with even more room to negotiate. When we got a quote, it didn't seem to reflect a sale price as all. This may be a good place to shop if you're not on a tight budget, however for us it was just out of our price range.

After 26 days on this mattress from hell I have Extreme pain in my legs and hips and back in physical therapy. I called about this and was told that it could not be returned but we could get another mattress with a discount plus a $75.00 charge. What? The salesman also asked me to check the mattress tag because there's apparently a Vera Firm AND a Vera Plush. Mine said Firm. It was more like a plush.Think it was mislabeled.So we were stuck with it and gave it to our daughter because she loves a soft mattress. They say 30 days comfort trial. Warning , even if you buy the mattress protector for $65.00 you will still be stuck. We noticed after the fact that on the second last page states ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS on merchandise that has already been taken or delivered even if still in factory wrapper or box. The salesman Bill was very nice but also very misleading. As for delivery there were 2 guys, 1 older maybe late 30s early 40s and the other maybe in early 20s.The younger guy was very nice and courteous, the alpha male on the other hand was far from it. A little snippy which in no way I was going to tolerate in my home and made Mr.Alpha well aware of it Wasnt informed that delivery also included attitude. We had been very good customers for years.
