I should say this seems indicative of a recent trend in advertising on the part of local retailers: send coupons or offers to someone's home only to have the customer find out upon arrival sorry we don't take that coupon or sorry that's out of stock or we don't carry that item etc the old bait and switch routine get someone in your store with a free offer or coupon offer and then offer up excuses when the customer wants to redeem the offer.
