I originally came across their website through a Google search, and I saw they had the firefly petunias available; so I pre-ordered them online, made a trip today to pick them up. What a beautiful shop! Admittedly, it is on the smaller side in comparison to other plant nurseries, but it makes sense seeing that it is hidden along a quiet residential neighborhood. Regardless, it was still stocked full of beautiful, thriving plants; both indoor and out. They had a good sized lot available for parking, and it was simple for me to find an employee when I needed assistance. Staff members were very helpful at locating me my order, as well as being kind an efficient during my checkout process. I honestly didn't plan to get anything extra, but they had too pretty of a selection to resist, and their prices are incredibly fair. So happy I found Telly's, and I'm sure I'll be back.

But - they had a pretty decent selection, not as nice as some nurseries, but I wanted to give them a try since they changed hands. Probably not my new go to - but if I'm in the area I would stop in again.

I can't say enough great stuff about this place!…read more Great, huge selection! Friendly, helpful staff! Great prices and even GREATER sales! Formerly Eckert's Greenhouse, which I only went to sporadically because of their prices. I was driving up Ryan and saw a 50% off all annuals in the 2nd to the last week in June! I slammed on my brakes, and went in to check it out. Holy guacamole! Their hanging baskets are regularly $14.99 each, or $12.99 each when you buy 3, so 50% off made them $7.50 or $6.50 each! No joke. I ended up spending $90 and almost couldn't fit all the plants in my car. I thought I had plenty, then I was driving up Ryan 3 days ago, July 8, and saw a sign for 75% off. You have got to be kidding me?! Screetch!!!!! Pulling over again. This time I only spent $60, and again had a time getting it all into my car. This place is awesome!!!!!!!!!

November 30, 2022…read more Review #422 Updating My Review Of: 5-28-2017 Ray Wiegand's Nursery is a family owned business with new and old generations working since 1941! I moved in my new home 4 blocks from this garden center in 1992 and have bought my Spring annuals for Easter, May and Summer flowers for planting in ground and patio pots. The prices vary from the other local farmers nearby, but I can say that Ray Wiegand's nursery Guarantees their selection of flowers, plants, trees, shrubs and all items sold. Their plants are grown healthy and colorful as well as the hanging baskets and already grown in pots. The staff of family or friends who are working in many areas of the greenhouse or outside are always helpful and knowledgeable and ready to assist your questions about buying and planting plus offer guidance to problem plants that may be an issue with growing. The store also sells many statues, gardening supplies, outdoor furniture with monthly seasonal decorations for your home! I have been also very pleased with the quality and style made when purchasing in November a Memorial Christmas grave blanket for the cemetery. My Photos are attached of the many handmade Memorial items. Holiday shopping before Christmas is the busiest time to see and enjoy their colorful and sparkling display of lights, trees, wreaths, and much more!
