Wow. What's with all the negative reviews here? I've been coming to this particular CVS for years…read morenow and never had a bad experience. They do scripts just fine and never mess them up. The CVS is a decent size and you can usually find what you need. The only issue I have is with CVS itself in that my extra care card and coupons don't work. I get the coupon printouts assigned to my ID but then when I go to use them, they say they don't work or aren't for my account. I only have the one account. But now I just get most everything on Amazon. It's cheaper and I don't have to worry about the hassle of going here and hoping it's on sale. But for the CVS itself and the staff, they've been good to me!

Now I came back and they said their system doesn't notify them when to fill prescriptions (ridiculous) and that they had waited so long that the prescription had expired so now they can't fill it. That aside, the "Lead Tech" was unbelievably rude, constantly cutting me off and talking over me. Even when I called him out for being extremely rude and unprofessional, he immediately interrupted me several more times. He also never gave me my credit card back so now I have to drive back to get it. This guy needs some day-1 customer service training and some training around manners.

I was also worried about the side effects of my medication once and the owner sat down and talked with me for a while, taking her time to talk with me and go over it so I could understand it well and it made me feel much more comfortable with the new medication. I also get my vaccines for Covid here. Always use this pharmacy, as it is a local business, and is much better than the big chain store pharmacies in town. It's always good to spend money on local businesses because that means the money gets reinvested into the community, as opposed to big chain stores where the money flows out of our community. Always shop local if you can!

I get a monthly invoice, which is taken care of by autopay, so very convenient. I also get a breakdown of what meds are sent to the AL each month, as well as dosage. Anytime there is an urgent need for a med to be filled quickly, these guys come through. Crystal is a pleasure to speak with and quite helpful. I had some changes to Mom's insurance and she patiently covered each drug with me, providing insight I needed to ensure Mom continues to get quality meds.

The staff seem miserable, nobody knows where anything is when you ask for help, they act offended like you don't at them. It's not very clean, products are often not stocked properly so you have to ask to check the back. The people running the front where the registers are act extremely unprofessional, there have been times they've been throwing things back and forth while customers were around. All the decent staff seem to have left, now all that's left are people who can't communicate properly or do a poor job at what they're supposed to be doing. More times than I can count, my bags have ripped because the baggers don't pay attention to what they're doing and I've lost stuff from breaking when the bags rip open. The produce is hit or miss, often going bad or covered in mold, like the strawberries. One time I went through six containers trying to find one that wasn't covered in white fuzzy mold, and eventually gave up. The company slogan used to be ", focusing on friendly" when you looked at the name tags, but it feels very very far from that nowadays. If I wanted miserable workers and a sub-par experience, I could just drive down the street to the dollar store. Overall, negative 3 stars out of 10. Not sure who runs it, but it's a far cry from functional.

I needed to fill a prescription over the summer and I figured I'd give TFP a try. Wow - they were amazing! I walked and in and immediately was taken care of. They even asked how I was feeling in relation to the meds I was picking up and took the time to explain everything I needed to know about the prescription. Everyone was so down to earth and friendly and made me feel at ease. That experience was only the tip of the awesomeness iceberg. I went in there to buy a pharmacy product and was kind of frazzled and in a panic so I just grabbed it, paid for it and left. Turns out I didn't need both of the items I bought so I went back a week later to return one of them. The owner recognized me and told me that she realized she had accidentally overpriced one of the items I bought and didn't notice it until I made the purchase - so right then and there she handed me $3 cash. WHAT? That would never in a million years happen at one of the huge pharmacy stores. The grand finale - a couple weeks after getting my prescription there, I got a hand written thank you note from the owner for bringing my business there. You just scored a customer for life!

There appears to be little to no efficiency in how the store is run. Staffing always seems inadequate, and customers are left waiting far longer than reasonable just to complete basic transactions. Whether it's the pharmacy or the front registers, the process feels disorganized and unnecessarily slow. This location seriously needs better management of workflow and staffing because the current experience is frustrating for customers. Until major improvements are made, I would strongly recommend going to a different pharmacy if you have the option.
