The manager Kristen said we don't return clearance ? I asked where dies it say that ? She said it is up to the manager ! Yesterday, my daughter and I brought my infant grandson to get his passport photo done, which was a fun experience . We weren't sure how baby passport photos are taken, and employee Greg was extremely helpful. He took a photo with my daughter holding him and then he removed her image (very interesting process- see photos) I really appreciated Greg's patience and kindness through the photo process.

A LITTLE CREEPY... I was surprised this CVS was so quiet given it's in a busy part of DT Phoenix…read moreinside cityscape. I walked in with my parents and it was dead silent. Items were easy to find but I got weird vibes inside the store. Staff seemed on edge, I think they have unsavory clientele because they seemed very guarded with me. I came in to buy toothpaste ya'll, come on now... An entire entrance to the store is cornered off and many registers are not in use, this gave me even more of an eerie vibe. I'd like to see what this place is like during the day, at night it seems like a no-go. As for the good, this CVS has an amazing inventory of souvenirs, shirts, and drinks (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. The location is clean and tidy, I was able to locate my items fairly quickly. Additionally, this location is pretty sizable. I had a lot of space to walk around and explore.

This CVS is immediately attached to the garage so I decided to ask the nice cashier for some guidance as to where this restaurant was because the GPS on my iPhone had me bypassing it! So basically we learned that if you're parking in the Cityscape garage to go to the Cityscape there's a secret path to the Cityscape minus signage! Once you park there's a shortcut you can take if you walk through the CVS to the other side, then bam you'll magically appear in the Cityscape! Oh how easy a few signs for guidance could make our lives a little less frustrating but thanks to nice cashiers we figured out how to get to the Cityscape!

I'm a huge fan of CVS Pharmacy. I'll start by saying this convenient location is right off…read moreThunderbird & 99th in the heart of Sun City. Very convenient, easy parking lot access and plenty of ample parking. This store location is extremely clean as are the restrooms. People often joke about this location being overrun with seniors partly due to its location, but during the toasty summer months (like today), I was in and out of there in no time. Everything is well-marked, laid out quite well and very easy to find. I will say that CVS Pharmacy can be pricey. There's absolutely no doubt about that so I would recommend checking the weekly sales advertisement AND make sure you sign up for their e-mail solicitation. I know. I know you probably already subscribe to thousands of other newsletters, but the CVS subscription via e-mail makes it worthwhile. In fact, the ONLY reason why I came here today is because I needed more essentials like toothpaste, body wash and shampoo. BUT to make this trip even better was the fact that I got a coupon for 50% off one regular priced item which I used on my shampoo. The toothpaste and body wash I usually buy were all part of the weekly sales ad this week which means for $10 and some change, I walked out of there with my three essentials in a matter of minutes. As far as I'm concerned, that beats the hassle of fighting your way through a Wal-Mart parking lot. In fact, I was in and out of CVS in the amount of time I would have taken me to get a parking spot and walk to the entrance of a Wal-Mart. Convenience, time-savings and weekly savings are the reasons why I opt to use CVS for my essentials.

Usually the employees in the store are nice but the woman manager is just plain nasty and short…read moretempered. I just received an OTC benefit card and asked her to please tell me which items are eligible. I never bought OTC items through insurance before so I didn't know how it works. She said you have to buy them all first! I said to please tell me so I know if I am covered. She said "Only 1 of them is and I won't tell you which one" and she walked away. Who talks that way to a customer? If CVS wants their customers to remain loyal then they have to get rid of this rude intolerant manager. This CVS is in a retirement community and she is not fit to work here.
