I gave her multiple chances because her work is fast and lasts, but there's been a clear pattern of disrespect when it comes to honoring this request. At first it was just eye rolls or sighs, but at my most recent visit on 8/23/25 (12:15-1:40pm), she went too far. When I asked for shorter nails again, Lava told me "I slap you" while motioning her hand like a slap towards me -- with another employee standing nearby observing the service. They both laughed, but I did not. I defended myself and reminded her this is a paid service, not free, and I should not be made to feel like asking for shorter nails is a problem. She then tried to change the subject by pointing out her haircut, which she had requested short at the salon she went to. I explained this was exactly my point: as clients, we pay for what we want, and our preferences should be respected. Her response was simply, "I like long nails, I tell my customers long, long, long." The nail work may last, but professionalism and respect are just as important. It's unfortunate, because she is skilled and the nails did last a month on me -- but the lack of professionalism outweighs the quality. For that reason, I won't be returning.

They literally used a walkie talkie to get me a technician as i went to a pedicure chair. Went for gel pedicure and dip french manicure. "MY" did the pedicure and Tina did my manicure. One was doing my feet at the same time as the other started my hands. As you can see paint on my skin and feet. When she put the alcohol on my big toe it bunt so there's a cut. Hopefully i don't get an infection. For the dip they don't use the pour over method. They dip your nail in the container, again not the best for hygiene. Nails on hand clipped too short and dip thick. She offered to fix baby toe but i declined at that point i was done. . $62 for manicure and $62 for pedicure. I definitely didn't get what i paid for. Unfortunately, this visit confirmed that the issues are consistent. I requested a light yellow nail color and confirmed the shade multiple times. I was repeatedly told that the color would appear lighter after curing under the UV lamp, which was simply not true. The final result was completely different from what was promised. On top of that, the application was poorly done. my nails were uneven. When I called to ask if I could come back in to have the color corrected, the salon refused to fix their mistake unless I paid an additional $30. This is unacceptable given that the issue was due to their lack of accuracy and quality control. The interaction over the phone was also very rude and unprofessional, which only added to the frustration.

When I went in I was greeted by the friendly staff, and immediately accommodated. They saw my design request and clearly it had them in a pickle. Quite advanced and I assured them they could have creative liberty and simplify it if necessary.
