I would put one star but I was told I'm getting a small refund back, they tried to ask me for wiring account information and I told them to send a check as I honestly don't trust these people..

I went a different route and paid a forensic handwriting specialist to verify that the evidence that was used against me was indeed written by the petitioner and not the person she had claimed, and it cost a whole heck of a lot less money. Also, when speaking with another attorney, who I was able to get a free full hour consultation from, the Snohomish county sheriff and the Snohomish Superior court clerks, they all confirmed that falsified evidence is indeed a substantial change in circumstance to modify or squash an order...

Months went by and they did nothing. They wouldn't respond to my emails and I basically had to threaten to sue in order to get them to take action. I'm reluctant to write this review because there are good people that work there. But I am enraged by with the principal Brian Isaacson. He is oily. The bottom line is I feel they owe money for services not rendered or not needed and I don't see ever getting it back. I feel taken advantage of, both personally and on behalf of my parents. One other thing, if you have to deal with them, don't pay in advance. That's the one thing they're really efficient at - getting the money up front. My advice is to stay away.

Twenty minutes after my phone call, we were in a zoom meeting with him to discuss the particulars. An hour and a half after that, he had my father's documents drawn up and came to the hospital himself with a prepared team including a notary and we got everything taken care of that night. Dad told me that he had a huge weight lifted from him after getting everything taken care of. I am extremely impressed with Mr. Kirschner and his willingness to drop everything and help us out. My issue with this company is they allowed an attorney to fail my accident case. I sent in paperwork that the employer sent to me regarding medical payments to be reimbursed. On line 2 of this paperwork, it stated that I was unable to bring a claim against the company, its affiliates or partners. Emery Reddys representing attorney BF said it would be safe to sign. A attorney !! Needless to say he within 2 months went to work for the opposing team, at first taking my case with him. Then because of the position he was in representing the company I had to find a NEW lawyer within 30 days. Signing this paperwork was the demise of the case. I felt in my heart it would be wrong to sign yet felt my attorney BF was able to give me great defense. At least so I thought. I was sidelined by him quitting Emery Reddy and going to work for ETC another large firm in Seattle representing the company, I in all terms, lost what my case was worth and I suffer 24/7 from the injury. if the advice was don't sign. This paperwork should not have been signed period and that was the company's win and BF made sure of that to shine for himself and NOT take care of the injured worker. Abandoned representation at the moment I really needed it with an irrational and contradictory reasoning. Essentially I was only damaged by this experience and my entire medical file and case was open to this firm which I dont feel comfortable with in hindsight. Whatever good work they did before, I would have been better off without them and feel this is a very suspicious outfit. I will have to complain and possibly more.
