Went in for lunch sat at the bar bartender did not even acknowledge me for more than 5 minutes…read more once she did she did not offer me a menu . Once I got my menu she asked would you like something to drink and I said yes tea please then she walked away and continue to set up her bar it was 1145 not sure why the bar was not set up already . Came back eventually probably another five or 10 minutes ask me what I would like to order. Ordered a salad asked for it first and then some wings . Finish taking down my order I asked again my drink she says it will be here in a minute. Finally my drink showed shortly after that my wings came out no salad no silverware. And then the manger walked out of kitchen so he got a ear full. Never will return to chili's I think this is 3 times in a row that food and service has been way below par .

It seemed like this may have been their first time offering this seasonal meal, but you'd never have guessed it. The corned beef was tender and perfectly cooked, with carrots, potato's, cabbage paired beautifully with a cold Guinness. The service was warm and attentive. I hope this becomes an annual tradition. Laredo could use more dining experiences like this -- a chance to step outside the usual and try something a little different. Highly recommend making the trip if they bring it back next year!

The menu showed the 20oz Outlaw Ribeye Steak as a recommended menu item, so I ordered that steak. I thought it would be a lot because it was 20oz, but when I actually had it, it was a size that was just right for an adult male to eat alone. As expected from the recommended menu item, the taste of the steak was really great. So I had the same steak for dinner two days in a row. lol Next time I go on a business trip to Laredo, I will eat the same steak at LongHorn Steakhouse again.
