Super One is one of those must have places. Like all good grocery stores this one is strictly food…read moreso your not off buying items like a new tv, or movie, or new clothes....nope this place is good. Super One often has great prices on produce, meat, and dairy. The wife and I love making salads and have growing kids who live off of cereal and milk, so those deals on milk our always good haha the service from the people who work here are great, they smile, they get to know you, and soon you can call them out by name when you see them. I believe my only complaint about this store like many others, they are forcing people to go to self check out because 1. They are too short handed, or 2. They are eliminating check out by their own staff, which in my opinion is wrong. The industries that are eliminating jobs from people so that people will check themselves may be the way of the future, but I enjoy the interaction between the staff and customers. It makes me come back to shop there. Other then that, Super One is a good place to shop, it's nice to know where most things are from being a frequent shopper, but if I didn't I know I can rely on the staff to help me find anything in the store. The ambiance is clean, always busy, and good deals are all around! Can't wait go back which I'm sure will be soon! Auto service I got a flat tire and rep refused to fix it…read moresince all tires were getting bold. They changed all tires to new ones. I was ok with that. When I got back to my car Honda 2000 I noticed that the sign Tire low pressure was still on. I asked them to fix it. They said it will disappear after 20 minutes of driving. After two days of driving the sign was still on. I went back and the Manager offered help. He sat in my car with some book and some small equipment which he connected to the car. After 10 minutes I gave up. Obviously he didnt know how to eliminate the sign. I went home, open Youtube and got instructions how to calibrate it. It took me 10 seconds to fix it. Why do customer service places keep incompetent people or not providing them with more training??? Lena R.

They have a nice deli and many products that are made in house. I have recently become especially fond of the Bleu Cheese Salami that is made in house; that stuff is killer! Cashiers here are always friendly. The grocery store is always clean, well stocked and a popular pick for locals and tourists. Definitely oozes the small town and communal vibe. Postings at the entrance of the store are always fun to read and keep up with the latest happenings in town. I hope Ely Northland is around for a while because it is absolutely a staple in Ely's community.

How did this man get here... on a dirty city bus with all of these people, who are clearly not as worldly and dashing as he is? That's what the Natural Harvest Food Co-op is like. Now, don't get me wrong. I don't think Virginia, MN, is the equivalent of a dirty, stinky bus. There are hard working, genuine, honest people there. The thing is, they eat at McDonald's and consider "organic" to mean that the chemicals used weren't disallowed by the FDA until the 1990s. Natural Harvest Food Co-op just doesn't fit the profile is what I'm saying here. And, yet. There it is. A natural food co-op in the middle of a small heartland town.
